A Case Work Intervention Study On The Relief Of Violent Tendency Of Adolescent Community Correction Objects From The Perspective Of Advantage

In recent years,the rate of juvenile delinquency has remained high,with light violent crimes being the majority.This is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed in local social governance in China.The main reason is that these teenagers have violent tendencies in their behavior before committing a crime,which have not been corrected in a timely manner and gradually develop into crimes.Therefore,in the community correction of juvenile delinquency after committing a crime,it is necessary to focus on the characteristics of "violent tendencies" and provide effective intervention and correction to avoid the continued existence and development of their violent tendencies,leading to the recurrence of crimes.This study starts from the perspective of social work and focuses on how case work can intervene in the alleviation of violent tendencies among adolescent community correction objects.Select a case study from the Q Youth Social Work Service Center,with K as the research object,to analyze and evaluate the violence tendency of the service object and their own advantageous resources.Based on the analysis and evaluation of their advantageous resources,use the strong plasticity of the service object’s adolescence and the personality advantage of "loyalty" to establish professional relationships with them,and use the advantages of community resources to arrange social practice activities for the service object Sports activities,psychological counseling,etc.,utilizing the economic conditions of the target family to provide entrepreneurial funds.This study uses research methods such as case study,literature review,and unstructured interviews to mainly intervene in the cognitive,emotional,and behavioral aspects of the service object.It presents a case intervention process from an advantageous perspective,guiding the service object to scientifically manage emotions,correct unreasonable cognition,and ease family relationships in the service process of the contact stage,transformation stage,reinforcement stage,consolidation stage,and closure stage,Rebuild social networks and alleviate violent tendencies.At the same time,intervene in the correction process,evaluate the correction results,and conduct self-evaluation of social workers for individual cases.Research has found that case work has advantages in intervening in the alleviation of violent tendencies among adolescents in community correction,ultimately confirming the effectiveness and feasibility of case work in addressing the needs and problems of violent tendency adolescents in community correction.I hope to continuously improve the application of case work in community correction services for violent adolescents,based on adhering to the professional values and principles of social work,and utilizing the professional methods and skills of social work,to address the problems and needs of community correction adolescents,and promote their smooth recovery and return to society.However,due to insufficient resource support and limited practical capabilities,the application of the conclusions of this study has certain limitations,such as further expanding the diversity of case service content,deepening the level of case intervention,and improving the professionalism of case work skills.
