| In recent years, with the increasing development of tennis, campus tennis is favored by college students.Under the national goal of training sports talents, the opening of tennis courses for sports majors is an important way to train compound talents for sports majors. In order to solve the problems caused by the early-stage foot movement of tennis beginners for sports majors, this paper conducts training intervention on the ability of tennis beginners for sports majors to change direction quickly, explores the influence of SAQ training method on improving the ability of tennis beginners to change direction quickly, and provides some help for improving the ability of tennis beginners to change direction quickly. In this study,by using the methods of literature review, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and experiment,20 sophomores(tennis beginners)from the Institute of Physical Education of Guizhou University were selected as the experimental objects, and a 12-week exercise training plan was made. The application of SAQ training method to the footmoving training of tennis beginners majoring in physical education was studied to explore its training effect and differences. Before the experiment, the pre-test scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),so the experiment can be carried out. After the experiment, the independent sample T-test and paired sample T-test were used to analyze the experimental data of the two groups. The results showed that after 12 weeks of training, the scores of the five test indexes in the experimental group were significantly different(P < 0.01).After the experiment in the control group, except for Nebraska sensitivity test, there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and the other four test indexes showed significant differences(P<0.01).After the experiment, the post-test results of the experimental group and the control group were tested by T-test,and it was found that there were significant differences in the other four items except the T-running movement test(P>0.05).The conclusions are as follows:1.The post-test results of the experimental group exceeded the expected target setting, which showed that SAQ training was effective and feasible for the intervention training of tennis beginners majoring in physical education.2.In the control group, all the test indexes have changed, which is in line with the expected target setting, but it is not ideal.Nebraska sensitivity test is not statistically significant, which is consistent with some previous research results, which can show that routine training has a positive effect on athletes’ ability to accelerate, decelerate and change direction under changing conditions.3.All the subjects’ post-test scores have improved. The test scores of the experimental group before and after T-running are statistically significant, but there is no significant difference compared with the control group, which shows that the SAQ training program should be strengthened and designed more rigorously.4.The post-test scores of the experimental group and the control group are higher than the pre-test scores, but the growth rate of the post-test scores of the experimental group is better than that of the control group, which shows that the SAQ intervention method is effective and feasible.Comprehensive consideration shows that the arrangement and combination of training actions and contents in SAQ training scheme may indirectly affect the performance of test indicators. |
