Tennis is a kind of sports that combines high technical requirements,strong mobility,fast response and other aspects.This is the main reason why tennis is popular all over the world.In tennis matches,the conditions that determine the success or failure of the game are often not whether the technical level is excellent or not,but more importantly,the ability of foot movement.For this reason,scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive research and exploration on the content and methods of tennis foot movement training,and determined the training content and test items through expert interviews and literature method.The training content test items are: six-point turn-back,cross quadrant jump and hexagonal jump.However,the implementation effect of these researches haven't got enough attention resulting in a single training content,less training interest and other problems.Besides,the enthusiasm and initiative of athletes in the foot movement training has also been seriously affected.Based on this situation,changing the traditional foot movement method of tennis,enriching the content of foot movement training and enhancing the interesting of foot movement training has become a universal research topic.However,"rope ladder training method" is a relatively new and simple training method which is easy to stimulate the enthusiasm of training.The rope ladder training method is introduced into the tennis footstep movement training for research.For this reason,this study adopts the methods of documentation,experimental comparison,expert interviews and data collation to study.Through collecting,collating,expert interviews and analyzing the research viewpoints put forward by scholars at home and abroad,the traditional training methods are innovated,and the viewpoint that rope ladder training method is applied to tennis foot movement training is put forward.Take 16 tennis club members in Yan'an university as experimental objects,the author divided it into control group and experimental group before the experiment achievement test,it is concluded that there was no significant difference.The control group uses conventional tennis footwork training and the experimental group uses the rope ladder training method in tennis footwork training.There are differences between the experimental group and control group in addition to the pace of training,and other training contents are the same.After 24 tennis lessons,at last,by testing the tennis footwork of speed tests a reverse layup at six indicators,the author concludes: experimental group and control group test scores before and after the experiment of the P values were less than 0.05(P < 0.05)which have significant difference.Through the test of tennis footwork accuracy index cross quadrant jump test conclusion,the experimental group and control group before and after the test result in the experiment of P values are less than 0.05(P < 0.05)which have significant differences.Through test tennis footwork sensitive quality indicators hexagon jump tests,experimental group and control group test scores before and after the experiment of the P values were less than 0.05(P < 0.05)which have significant difference,but in the experiment a reverse layup after six o 'clock average increased by 3.72%,while the control group average increased by 2.54%,average cross quadrant jump group increased by 0.51%,control group average increased by 0.26%,hexagon jump average increased by 0.82%,while the control group average increased by 0.08%.From the point of view of grade,three test index of the experimental group average grades improve degree average score is greater than the control group.The conclusions are as follows:1.The use of regular tennis footwork training and rope ladder training method for tennis footwork training footwork speed accuracy,footwork,footwork sensitive quality after the experiment result of P values are less than 0.05(P < 0.05).These three test indicators have significant differences,thus the use of conventional tennis footwork training and rope ladder training method in tennis footwork training effect have significant difference.2.Regular tennis footwork training,and rope ladder training method are good for tennis footwork training accuracy of tennis footwork speed,footwork,footwork,sensitive quality grades,but the rope ladder training method in three test index increase degree were greater than conventional tennis footwork training.Thus,the use of rope ladder training method in tennis footwork training effect significantly better regular tennis footwork training effect.Practice has proved the feasibility of applying rope ladder training method in tennis footwork training.Finally,how to apply the rope ladder training method to the tennis footstep movement training is expounded clearly,and the application path is established,which provides a strong support for better improving the tennis footstep movement training.Through this idea,the research process is more reasonable,and the logic of current situation and deficiency,experiment,application path and construction is more clear,which provides a strong theoretical support for comprehensively improving the training effect of tennis players' footwork.
