Study On The Effect Of Image-recorded Life Review On The Reconstruction Of Life Meaning In Terminal Cancer Patient

At present,the prevalence of cancer in my country has increased year by year,and the late death rate of cancer is high.Patients at the end of cancer suffer from great physiological illness and psychological torture at the end of their lives.The last patients urgently need psychological and spiritual comfort and support.However,under the premise of the non-comprehensive development of my country’s social work,the career career has not achieved satisfactory development.Humanistic care or spiritual touch means,the meaning of life is often susceptible to frustration,which seriously affects the quality of life in the late life of life.Taking Guizhou Ningyangyuan as an example,its tranquility treatment services provide free home services with analgesia,psychological soothing,and nursing guidance as the main service content.The needs of the patient’s life significance perception are not conducive to the realization of the target of peace and care,that is,the realization of the patient and the family members of "life and death".This study focuses on the Ningyang Home of Guizhou Province.Based on the existing research results,combined with personal practice and observation,starting with meaning therapy,narrative therapy and life retrospective theory theory,explore the research video records of life review.The impact of constructing life’s significance is trying to help last patients with cancer alleviating the sense of frustration of perception of the meaning of life and re-sensation of the meaning of individual life.Studies have found that the history of the life review of the patient with the end of the cancer can enhance the sense of life meaning of the last patient,promote the value and significance of the existence of self-life,change the attitude of life to respond to the current dilemma,and view the problem of life and death from a broader perspective;This study attempts to combine the image recording method with life retrospective therapy,which provides practical experience for further optimization of medical social work methods.Trust;Reviewing the image data of life,as the recorded data retained as the last cancer patient,as a spiritual attachment to the family members of cancer patients,it has played a consolation role to varying degrees of comfort.
