Good physical condition is the basis for all other work.Middle school is a period of dramatic physical and psychological change and rapid development for individuals,as well as a period of sudden increase in their athletic ability and critical formation of physical activity behaviors and habits.In addition,the behavior of individuals in junior high school is highly plastic,and effective behavioral interventions can help students develop a positive lifestyle.More importantly,the exercise behavior of individuals at this time is the foundation of their healthy lifestyle,and the exercise habits can be carried into adulthood and have a profound impact on the lives and health of individuals.However,studies have shown that adolescence is a time when physical activity withdrawal is very serious,especially in grades 6-9,which is the most serious stage.In addition,according to the results of the National Student Physical Fitness and Health Survey,the physical activity of our young students is seriously insufficient,and their lung capacity,physical fitness and other indicators are showing a continuous decline year by year.Secondary school students are the main body of the future city and one of the main groups of physical activity at present.Physical education cannot rely on classroom teaching alone;independent exercise in daily life is a key part of improving physical fitness.In Deyang city,according to the principle of divided sampling,two regions of urban area and township are used as stratified sampling frame to draw the included middle schools,Deyang Middle School and Deyang Second Middle School are urban middle schools,and Donghu Boai Junior High School and Xinzhong Junior High School are township middle schools;literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method are used comprehensively to carry out the research work on the influencing factors of the independent level of physical exercise of middle school students in Deyang city.The main problems and factors influencing the independent physical exercise of junior high school students in Deyang city were grasped.The study found the following seven main findings.1.most students have participated in 1-2 sports,but their mastery of theoretical knowledge of scientific fitness knowledge,principles and exercise methods is not satisfactory.2.the overall situation of junior high school students’ interest in physical exercise is good,and boys are better than girls in their love of physical exercise.3.junior high school students’ motivation for physical exercise shows diversity,which is a favorable condition for the development of physical activity in junior high schools in Deyang city.4.through the The survey of junior high school students’ independent exercise shows that most students can participate in independent exercise,but the frequency of participation is not high,showing inconsistency between awareness and behavior.5.Students’ choice of independent exercise programs is diverse,but most of them prefer easy and simple programs.6.The distribution of junior high school students’ participation in independent exercise is concentrated,mostly in three time periods: before 8:00,from 16:00 to 18:00 and after 18:00.7.The investigation of the factors affecting junior high school students’ self-help exercise in Deyang City shows that the factors affecting junior high school students’ self-help exercise are complex and diverse.Based on the results of the study and the objective conditions in Deyang City,the following seven suggestions were made.1.strengthen the theoretical guidance related to sports.2.focus on cultivating junior high school students’ awareness and ability of independent exercise in physical education.3.build a new physical education teaching model.4.update the concept and pay attention to management,the essence of extracurricular sports reform is to update the changes of the traditional and unreasonable parts of the existing extracurricular sports management model.5.hold sports lectures to enrich students’ theoretical knowledge,sense the charm of sports,and To cultivate students’ sports awareness,to master the means and methods of physical exercise,to promote students’ physical culture education,and to strengthen physical culture cultivation.6.To enrich the content,projects and forms of extracurricular sports activities.7.To organize and establish the organizational management system of students’ sports clubs.The school should increase the construction and management of sports hardware facilities,and increase the extent of students’ use of venues and equipment.The conclusions and recommendations drawn in this thesis can provide the Ministry of Physical Education with the actual situation of the current independent physical exercise of junior high school students in Deyang City,and provide a theoretical basis and information reference for further enriching the after-school activities as well as improving the physical quality of junior high school students.At the same time,the research of this thesis can be useful for the study of independent physical exercise of junior high school students in other regions of China. |
