China’s human resources service industry has developed rapidly and has become an important growth pole of productive service industry and modern service industry.DH Human Resources Co.,Ltd.is a private human resources company,which has been deeply cultivated in Shandong for more than ten years.It has become a regional leading human resources service enterprise.Its main business is mainly traditional businesses such as labor dispatch,human resources outsourcing,personnel agency and so on.How to clarify the development direction in the new round of industry development wave,so as to maintain advantages and sustainable development,is an urgent problem to be solved by the company.This paper focuses on the development strategy of DH company.Using PEST analysis,five forces model,SWOT analysis,Boston matrix and other theoretical tools,determines the development strategy choice of the company in combination with the vision and objectives of the company,and formulates the specific implementation scheme to realize the development.In terms of the macro environment of the industry in which the company is located,the human resources service industry,as an emerging industry,has a short development history in China,relatively low market concentration,high degree of homogenization of enterprise services,low level of professional services and fierce competition.With the wide application of the new generation of information technology,a new business model of human resources service industry has been born.In the future,the development direction of service institutions is to deeply cultivate subdivided fields,strengthen refined layout and integrated innovation.DH company’s ability to take advantage of opportunities and avoid threats is slightly higher than the average level of the industry.It can keenly seize the development opportunities of the industry,make reasonable responses to the threats,and create a good external environment for enterprise development.The internal resource advantages of the company are also obvious.The company has sound organizational and management structure,good financial condition,strong professional service ability,stable customer resources,good brand image and strong technology development ability.However,the company’s main business is still concentrated in the middle and low-end fields,with weak profitability and increasingly fierce competition.DH company should give full play to its own advantages and improve its disadvantages through various means to continuously promote the sound development of the enterprise.Through comprehensive judgment by using SWOT analysis method,the diversified development strategy of DH company is finally determined,and through Boston matrix analysis,the current business development of the company is deeply analyzed,and the optimization direction of business system in the future is clarified.Combined with the mission and vision of DH company,it has formulated specific development strategic objectives and defined the implementation path of diversified development.The strategy implementation of DH company is mainly divided into three stages:main business driving,integration and upgrading and service value upgrading,and starts from five aspects:optimizing the organizational structure,optimizing the information platform,paying attention to human resource management,strengthening risk control and strengthening the company’s brand construction,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy.
