Research On Marx’s Idea Of Career Choice Leading To The Education Of College Students’ Career Choice In The New Era

With the rapid development of economy and society and the increasing number of college graduates,the problem of difficult employment for college students has become a hot topic of social concern.General Secretary Xi Jinping,who is very concerned about the employment of college graduates,stressed during a visit to the laboratory of the General Research and Development Institute of China FAW Group that the majority of college graduates should change their outlook on career selection and employment,find their own positioning,put in down-to-earth work and realize their life aspirations.Taking "Young People’s Considerations in Choosing a Career" as a foothold,it is of great practical significance to tap into the essence of Marx’s thought on choosing a career and lead education on the concept of career choice for university students in the new era,in order to guide them to aspire to build a career for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,link their personal future and destiny with the well-being of the country,and achieve higher quality and fuller employment.This paper analyzes the current situation of university students’ views on career choice through an empirical analysis of Marx’s thoughts on career choice,discusses the problems of career choice education,and proposes the main ways and methods to strengthen and improve university students’ education on career choice.The specific content mainly consists of five chapters.The first chapter introduces the basic connotation of Marx’s thought on choosing a career.The first chapter introduces the basic connotation of Marx’s thought on career choice.Taking "Young People’s Considerations in Choosing a Career" as a foothold,it compares the formation background and the essence of Marx’s thought on career choice.The second chapter gives an overview of the basic connotations of career choice and the concept of career choice,the concept of college students’ career choice and the education of college students’ career choice,and analyzes the historical evolution of the concept of college students’ career choice and the education of college students’ career choice.The third chapter,based on Marx’s idea of career choice and the basic structure of college students’ career choice,designs and distributes questionnaires on college students’ career choice in the new era,summarizes the manifestations of the deviation of college students’ career choice in the new era,and combines the chi-square test to analyze the reasons for the deviation of college students’ career choice in the new era,mainly including the lack of service consciousness,the lack of theoretical knowledge of career choice,the lack of attention to comprehensive development,the existence of psychological deviation in career choice,and the low willingness to innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the manifestations and causes of the deviations in the career choice of college students in the new era,Chapter 4 analyzes the problems in the education on career choice of college students in the new era from five aspects: education on career ideals,education on career guidance,education on career planning,education on the psychology of career choice,and education on innovation and entrepreneurship.Chapter 5takes Marx’s idea of career choice as the guide,and points out the main paths to carry out education on career choice of college students in the new era based on the problems of education on career choice of college students in the new era.Specifically,it includes optimizing the education on career ideals to strengthen the noble career ideals of college students,optimizing the education on employment guidance to enhance the cognitive level of college students’ career choice,improving the degree of matching between human and career with the education on career planning,optimizing the education on the psychology of career choice to guide college students’ rational career choice,and optimizing the education on innovation and entrepreneurship to promote college students’ active innovation and entrepreneurship.
