Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students’ Career Selection In The New Era

The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China said: "Implement the employment priority strategy,strengthen the employment priority policy,improve the employment public service system,strengthen the employment assistance for the disadvantaged groups,eliminate the unreasonable restrictions and employment discrimination that affect equal employment,so that everyone has the opportunity to achieve their own development through hard work." Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,Students are the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.At present,the number of college graduates in China is increasing year by year,the downward pressure of the economy is increasing,and the structural contradiction of employment is increasingly prominent.College students have various views on career choice,and the existing problems are also prominent.Studying the current situation of college students’ view of career choice in the new era is of great practical significance to help college students form a correct view of career choice and achieve higher quality and more full employment.The article is divided into five parts.The first part of the introduction first discusses the background and significance of the topic,the research status and analysis at home and abroad,research methods and innovation points.The second part defines the concept of college students’ career choice view and the concept of college students’ career choice view in the new era,and puts forward the necessity of guiding college students to establish a scientific career choice view in the new era.The third part is the empirical investigation of college students’ view of career choice in the new era.Through the survey of the current situation of college students’ job-selection view by questionnaire,the problems of college students’ job-selection view in the new era are sorted out.The fourth part systematically analyzes the reasons for the problems of college students’ job-selection concept in the new era from the four aspects of society,school,family and themselves through questionnaire survey.The fifth part is the guidance path for college students to establish a correct view of career choice,which is analyzed from the university,society,family and individual aspects.From multiple aspects,we should make overall consideration,form complementary advantages,and finally guide students to form a scientific and correct view of career choice and actively seek employment.At the same time,we should give consideration to social needs and vigorously promote national development and social progress.
