| The youth student group is the backbone force to achieve national prosperity and rejuvenation, and the promotion and development of young students’ physical health is a key element of the strategic construction of healthy China, the realization of the goal of sports power and the deepening of sports reform. In recent years, the abnormal posture of adolescent students is remarkable, especially the increasingly serious spinal health problems, and the high incidence of adolescent scoliosis has become an important disease threatening the physical health of adolescent students. This disease is concentrated in the process of adolescent growth and development, the incidence is high and there is no exact cause of disease, without prevention and treatment will affect the students’ physical development, sports behavior ability, and even affect the normal function of internal organs. At present, the research on sports prevention and treatment of adolescent spinal health problems, especially scoliosis disease,is increasingly in-depth.Combining it with campus physical education, exploring sports teaching programs to promote adolescent spinal health, optimizing the existing physical education model and content, and starting from campus education,is an important research direction to improve adolescent scoliosis and promote adolescent spinal health.Research objective: In-depth analysis of existing research results, research on the factors affecting the spinal health of adolescent students, explore the best intervention means to improve the scoliosis problem of adolescent students, and on this basis, combined with actual campus teaching, design a teaching plan to promote the spinal health of adolescent students,in order to provide reference for the optimization of campus physical education curriculum. At the same time,it provides a reference for the curriculum arrangement of campus recess and after-school extended class. And the empirical analysis is carried out to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the teaching scheme.Research methods: This study took the teaching plan design of spine health promotion for adolescent students as the research object, and mainly used literature, meta analysis, interview survey, experiment, mathematical statistics and other research methods.Thirty students aged 7 to 10 years old from the Second High School affiliated to Shandong Normal University(Jianda Campus)with scoliosis cobb Angle ranging from 3°to 8°were selected as experimental subjects.Independent sample t test was used to analyze the basic information of the two groups of subjects before the experiment, and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.A total of 12 weeks of experimental intervention was carried out.In addition to the daily intramural sports activities, the students in the experimental group participated in the training intervention of the teaching program for 40 minutes each time,3 times a week, including strength training, flexibility and stretching training, and spinal ability strengthening.Students in the control group only participated in daily intramural sports, and students in both groups did not participate in any other extracurricular sports for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the data of cobb Angle, height, weight,BMI,sitting forward bend, vital capacity, standing on one foot with eyes closed and sitting up for 1 minute were recorded and organized respectively in the two groups, and the changes of the two groups before and after the experiment were analyzed by double-factor repeated measurement of variance.Results:(1)After the intervention of the teaching experiment, the measurement data of the experimental group students’ sitting forward bending, vital capacity, standing on one foot with eyes closed and one-minute sit-up increased significantly compared with before the experiment, while the cobb Angle decreased significantly compared with before the experiment, and the above measurement indicators were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)After the end of the experiment period, there were no significant differences between the students in the control group in sitting forward bending, vital capacity, standing on one foot with eyes closed,one-minute sit-up and cobb Angle compared with before the experiment(p > 0.05),which were not statistically significant.(3)Although the height and weight of subjects in the two groups increased to a certain extent before and after the experiment, there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(4)Comparison between the two groups showed that there were significant differences in sitting forward flexion, vital capacity, standing on one foot with eyes closed,one-minute sit-up and cobb Angle between the two groups compared with before the experiment(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusions:(1)Compared with the content of daily physical education, the teaching program designed in this study highlights spinal strengthening training, which can significantly reduce the cobb Angle of adolescent students, significantly improve the spinal abnormalities, and provide reference value for the prevention and correction of scoliosis of adolescent students.(2)The teaching scheme designed in this study has a more significant effect on the improvement of students’ physical quality. The design of the scheme pays more attention to the comprehensive development of students’ physical health, which can provide certain research ideas for the optimization and reform of campus physical education.(3)The teaching program designed in this study has no significant effect on the height and weight of students, which requires further analysis and discussion. |
