Research purpose: For the rapid development of school education,the school has made a series of reforms,but due to the political concept between urban and rural areas,economic development has a certain imbalance,resulting in differences between urban and rural schools and the development of schools,then the government pointed out to promote the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education,and teachers are the key to achieving the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education,so we must pay attention to the development of teachers,but teacher job satisfaction is a view and work feeling of teachers themselves.It plays a role in the development of teachers that cannot be ignored,so we must pay attention to the satisfaction of teachers with their work.According to the reform of curriculum standards,physical education is becoming more and more important at the primary level,so the development of primary school physical education teachers should also be paid attention to.For Heze City,the economic development of various districts and counties in Heze City is affected by geographical location,natural conditions,traffic and other reasons,so there will be a gap between urban and rural areas,then the development of urban and rural schools and the development of teachers will also be affected,resulting in a gap between urban and rural school education levels.Therefore,this paper analyzes and compares the differences in job satisfaction of physical education teachers in urban and rural primary schools in Heze City,analyzes and compares the differences in job satisfaction of physical education teachers in urban and rural primary schools,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies,which is conducive to enhancing teachers’ job satisfaction and improving the overall quality of physical education in schools.Research methods:By reviewing literature,interviewing experts and compiling a questionnaire on the job satisfaction of primary school physical education teachers according to Professor Chen Yunying’s Teacher Job Satisfaction Scale,this paper uses the questionnaire to understand the job satisfaction of physical education teachers in urban and rural primary schools in Heze City,and analyzes the overall job satisfaction of physical education teachers in urban and rural primary schools in Heze City,and the differences between urban and rural physical education teachers in various dimensions of job satisfaction,and the main influencing factors of job satisfaction of physical education teachers in urban and rural primary schools and explore strategies to improve the job satisfaction of primary school physical education teachers in Heze City,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the job satisfaction of primary school physical education teachers and improving the quality of school teaching.Conclusion of the study:(1)The job satisfaction of physical education teachers in primary schools in Heze City is generally at a medium level.(2)Comparison of eight dimensions of job satisfaction of physical education teachers in primary schools in Heze City: interpersonal relationship,student quality,work pressure,salary and welfare,social and self-identity,working environment,school management,and self-development.(3)Compared with rural primary school physical education teachers,physical education teachers in urban primary schools in Heze City are more satisfied with their work in terms of working environment,social and self-identity,student quality,salary and welfare,school management,self-development and working environment,but urban primary school physical education teachers are less satisfied with work pressure and interpersonal relationships.(4)There was a difference in the overall job satisfaction of physical education teachers in primary schools in Heze City,and physical education teachers in urban primary schools were more satisfied with their work than physical education teachers in rural primary schools.There are differences between urban and rural areas in primary school physical education teachers in terms of work pressure,working environment,self-development,school management,society and self-identity.(5)Primary school physical education teachers of different genders,ages,marital status,educational background,teaching experience,and professional titles have different differences in the eight dimensions of teachers’ job satisfaction.(6)The relationship between colleagues,teachers and students,and the professional attitude of physical education teachers are the main influencing factors of job satisfaction of physical education teachers in urban primary schools.Working environment,teachers’ development prospects,and school welfare are the main influencing factors of job satisfaction of physical education teachers in rural primary schools.In order to improve the job satisfaction of physical education teachers and narrow the gap between urban and rural schools,reasonable suggestions are put forward:(1)At the government level: the government should increase economic investment in schools according to the gap between urban and rural areas,strive to reduce the gap between urban and rural schools,and reduce the loss of physical education teachers in rural primary schools;Improve the social status of primary school physical education teachers and enhance the professional identity of physical education teachers;Establish reasonable welfare benefits to motivate physical education teachers.(2)At the school level: formulate a reasonable normative system and assessment system to ensure the equality of work opportunities for primary school physical education teachers;Increase opportunities for urban and rural physical education teachers to exchange and learn from each other,and enhance the professional knowledge and skills of physical education teachers;Improve the working environment of physical education teachers,and rationally arrange the work tasks of physical education teachers.(3)Physical education teachers themselves: strive to improve their professional ability and maintain a good work attitude.
