Transition from kindergarten to primary school is a hot topic,since“Vigorously promote the kindergarten and primary school science link up the guidance” issued so that the teachers see the right direction of the link up and can be landed on the operating points.The mathematics teaching activity in kindergarten is an important part of promoting the all-round development of children’s education.By participating in the mathematics teaching activity in kindergarten,children experience the importance and interest of mathematics and develop their interest in mathematics,the ability of logical thinking and problem-solving has made initial development.Some researches show that the scientific connection between children and primary school can not only help children to the transition of primary school mathematics learning,but also benefit the sustainable development of children’s mathematics.Therefore,how to carry out mathematics teaching activities that accord with the law of children’s development,satisfy the needs of children’s development and promote children’s thinking development based on the background of children’s convergence needs us to conduct in-depth research and discussion.This study used the methods of questionnaire,interview and text analysis to investigate and interview the kindergarten teachers in Ma’anshan,Anhui province,through text analysis of the guide to the development of children aged 3-6 and the new mathematics curriculum standard issued in 2022,this paper tries to grasp the present situation of mathematics teaching activities in kindergartens under the background of the transition from kindergarten to primary school,analysis of the existence of the plight and the reasons for the plight.According to the investigation,the situation of mathematics teaching activities in kindergartens is good,but there are some problems,such as the singleness of teaching objectives,the low attention to the development of children’s mathematics thinking,the advanced content of mathematics teaching and the serious phenomenon of primary school,lack of attention to mathematics curriculum in primary schools,lack of cohesion in the content of mathematics teaching activities,inflexible teaching methods,over-reliance on teaching materials,teachers’ inaccurate mastery of mathematics language,and poor teaching results;Lack of children as the main evaluation of the plight.In view of the above difficulties,the author analyzes the reasons: teachers do not understand the three-dimensional goals sufficiently;parents are over-worried and ask for help;teachers’ core experience and professional ability in mathematics are relatively weak,lack of understanding of the cohesion of the young children;kindergarten and primary schools do not improve the depth of cooperation mechanism,the cohesion of the young children in the form;lack of awareness of the main body of the young children,failure to use appropriate teaching methods,neglect of the role of language in mathematical activities,education authorities and directors of mathematics provide insufficient professional guidance;teaching evaluation is not perfect.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on mathematics teaching activities in kindergartens,such as reasonable orientation of mathematics teaching objectives in kindergartens,strengthening home-and-home cooperation,to attach importance to the positive role of parents in mathematics teaching activities,to understand the guide and the core experience of mathematics deeply,to pay attention to the logic of the connection between the guide and the mathematics curriculum standard in primary schools,and to strengthen the cooperation between parents and their families,to attach importance to the positive role of parents in mathematics teaching activities,to set up a scientific concept of mathematics connection,to promote children’s sustainable development,and to play the role of language in mathematics learning and developing thinking,promote teacher-child interaction,strengthen the relationship between formal and informal mathematics activities,pay attention to the infiltration of mathematics activities,strengthen the director’s leadership of mathematics activities,improve the level of teaching and research;Comprehensive Evaluation method,pay attention to the development value of evaluation.It is expected that the above suggestions will help to improve the quality of mathematics teaching activities in kindergartens,develop the core experience of mathematics scientifically,and help children to complete the transition to primary education.
