Research purpose: This study aims to explore the effects of circulatory resistance training and traditional resistance training on body composition, such as weight, skeletal muscle, body fat,and body fat percentage of non-sports female college students of Beijing Sport University, and find out their impact on college students Differences in body composition provide theoretical and practical basis for college students to formulate scientific and reasonable exercise prescriptions.Research methods: This article conducts literature research on circulation resistance training, traditional resistance training, and body composition through the literature data method; And experimental methods were used to intervene in 29 female college students(non-sports majors)who had no medical history,no sports injuries such as muscles and joints, and regular living.During the 10-week training period, all subjects were randomly divided into an experimental group of 15 people and a control group of 14 people. In the same cycle, cyclic resistance training and traditional resistance training were performed. The data changes of body weight, skeletal muscle, body fat and body fat percentage before and after training were compared;finally, statistical analysis was performed on the data of each index by mathematical statistics.Research result: After intervention, the body weight, body fat,and body fat percentage of the experimental group were significantly lower than those before the experiment(P <0.01).The skeletal muscle content increased significantly(P <0.05);There was no significant change in body weight, body fat,and body fat percentage after intervention in the control group compared with before the experiment(P> 0.05).Very significant increase in skeletal muscle content(P <0.01);The differences in body weight, body fat,and body fat percentage before and after the intervention in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01),Significant changes in skeletal muscle content(P <0.05);Research conclusion: 1.Both cyclic resistance training and traditional resistance training can increase the skeletal muscle content of ordinary female college students;2.Compared with traditional resistance training, circulatory resistance training can more effectively reduce the weight, body fat,and body fat percentage of ordinary female college students. It is a fat reduction training method for ordinary female college students;...
