Research purpose: This study takes college women’s football students as the research object,compares and analyzes the impact of end release training and traditional resistance training on their lower limb explosive force and sports performance,explores the effect of end release training on lower limb explosive force,and seeks more efficient lower limb explosive force training means and technical feedback,so as to provide reference and basis for the physical training of college women’s football students.Research methods:This paper focuses on the experimental verification of the impact of end release training on the explosive force of the lower limbs of women’s football majors.It uses the literature method and expert survey method to design the end release training teaching program for women’s football majors.Through the experimental method,it studies the explosive force of the lower limbs of women’s football majors in colleges and universities,and evaluates the effect in combination with basic quality,special achievements and kinematics analysis,Through the process of "training intervention effectiveness evaluation feedback improvement",explore the factors affecting the development of lower limb explosive training for female football majors in universities through experiments.Research results:(1)After the experiment,the explosive force of the lower limbs in the horizontal direction was compared,and the test results of the 30 meter run,the triple jump and the "T" turn back run in the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.01);In the control group,there was no significant difference in the test results of the "T" turn back run(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in the results of the 30-meter run and the triple jump(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the test results of the 30-meter run,one-foot run-up touch,triple jump and "T" turn back run between the groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.(2)After the experiment,there was a very significant difference in the scores of special kicking between the two groups(P<0.01);There was a very significant difference in the results of special long kick in the control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the scores of special long kick between the groups(P<0.05).(3)After the experiment,the explosive force of the lower limbs in the vertical direction was compared.There were significant differences in the single-leg run-up touch height,CMJ take-off time and CMJ take-off height between the two groups(P;In the control group,except for the CMJ takeoff time,there were significant differences(P.There was a very significant difference(P ≤ 0.01)in the average height of the four consecutive jumps in situ between the groups,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the time of CMJ,the height of CMJ,the average time of four consecutive jumps in situ,and the explosive power index(ELPE)of four consecutive jumps in situ.Research conclusion:(1)The end release training can improve the explosive force of lower limbs in the horizontal direction of female football students in colleges and universities.Compared before and after the experiment,the indexes of the explosive force of lower limbs in the experimental group are better than those in the control group.(2)Both the end release training and the traditional resistance training can improve the performance of college women’s football students’ football special long kick.The improvement range of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.The experimental group has better effect and improves the quality of special training.(3)The end release training can improve the explosive force of lower limbs in the vertical direction of female football students in colleges and universities.The experimental group has a better training effect,significantly improving the explosive force level of lower limbs in the vertical direction of female football students in colleges and universities.It shows that the end release training is feasible and effective to apply to the physical training of female football students in colleges and universities.
