| The Objective:To compare compound training with resistance training and rapid expansion compound training,to further explore and verify training methods suitable for football players to enhance explosive power,in order to provide references for actual training.Methods:24 members of the Beijing Sport University Female Team were used as experimental subjects.They were divided into a compound training group(CT group,n=8),resistance training group(RT group,n=8),and plyometric training group(PT group,n=8),a total of 6 weeks of experimental intervention training.Before and after the experiment,the vertical jump test(SJ squat jump and CMJ squat jump),standing long jump test(two-legged standing long jump,one-legged standing long jump),20-meter sprint test and agility test(Illinois agility test,T test).Results:(1)After 6 weeks of training,there were significant changes in jump height and relative peak power of SJ,standing long jump in all groups(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in comparison between the three groups(P>0.05).(2)The CMJ squat jump height of the CT group and the RT group has a very significant difference(P<0.01),and the PT group has a significant difference(P<0.05);there is a significant difference in the improvement effect of the CT group when compared between the groups(P<0.05).(3)The relative peak power of the CMJ squat jump between the CT group and the RT group has a very significant difference(P<0.01),and the PT group has a significant difference(P<0.05);only the CT group has a significant difference in the improvement effect between the groups(P<0.05).(4)For the 20-meter sprint,the CT group can significantly improve(P<0.01),the PT group is significantly improved(P<0.05),there is no significant difference in the RT group,but there is no significant difference in the comparison between the three groups(P>0.05).(5)The CT group has very significant differences between the Illinois agility test and the T test(P<0.01),the RT group only has a very significant difference on the T test(P<0.01),and the PT group only has a significant difference on the T test.(P<0.05).When comparing between groups,the three groups had no significant difference on the T test.Only the CT group had a significant difference on the improvement effect of the Illinois agility test(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Compound training can significantly increase the height of CMJ squat jump and relative peak power,but the effect on SJ squat jump is not obvious,which shows that compound training has a certain effect on vertical jump..(2)Compound training can significantly improve the results of the Illinois agility test,but the effect on the T test is average,indicating that the compound training can improve agility to a certain extent.(3)The compound training has a general effect on raising the 20-meter sprint. |
