Background: Competitive sports is an important part of China’s sports power.Young Sprinters are the basis for the high-quality development of track and field events in China, and the explosive level of lower limbs plays an important role in the100 m competition. Therefore, scientific and systematic enhancement of Sprinters’ lower limb strength and explosive power has become a top priority task in training. However, few studies have investigated the impact of compound training on the lower limb explosiveness and special performance of u14-15 male sprinters. Objective: To improve the lower limb explosiveness and special performance of u14-15 male sprinters. The first purpose is to explore the effect of 8-week compound training and traditional training on the lower limb explosive power and special performance of u14-15 male sprinters, and choose a more effective training method to develop the lower limb explosive power and special performance of Juvenile Sprinters. The second purpose is to improve and supplement the training methods for u14-15 male sprinters. Methods: Using the method of literature, the relevant literature collected in Chinese and foreign databases was retrieved and analyzed to provide theoretical support for discussing the impact of compound training on the lower limb explosive power and special performance of u14-15 male sprinters and the intervention scheme related to this experiment;Through the method of expert interview,to determine the scientificity of the choice of lower limb explosive force index and the compound training scheme;Using the measurement method, the subjects’ lower limb explosive force(standing long jump, standing triple jump, standing vertical jump, touch height,30 meter sprint)and special performance of 100 meters were tested before and after the experiment; The experimental method was used to intervene the subjects for 8weeks.The experimental group used compound training and the control group used traditional training. There were 14 people in the experimental group and 14 people in the control group;Using mathematical statistics,spss26.0 statistical software to analyze the data, use descriptive statistics to analyze the basic situation of u14-15 male sprinters, and test the normality of the collected data. The data before and after the experiment were analyzed by independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test.Results:(1)Before the experiment, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the test indexes of lower limb explosive force and special performance(P > 0.05).(2)After the experiment, the comparison of test indexes between the experimental group and the control group found that there were significant differences in standing long jump and 30 meter sprint(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences in standing triple jump, vertical jump touch height and 100 meter performance(P > 0.05).(3)After the experiment, the lower limb explosiveness indexes(standing long jump, standing triple jump, vertical jump,30 meter sprint)and the special performance of 100 meters in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P <0.01).(4)After the experiment, the control group found that the results of standing long jump, standing triple jump, vertical jump and 100 meter touch height were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P < 0.01),but the results of 30 meter sprint were improved, but there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Compound training and traditional training have a positive impact on the lower limb explosiveness and special performance of u14-15 male sprinters;Compared with traditional training, compound training selects two movements with similar biomechanics to improve the explosive power and special performance of lower limbs, which is better than traditional training.
