Objective:To study the muscle strength of college students athletes has passed the stage of rapid growth,muscle strength increased steadily and slowly.Strength training in this stage should focus on breakthrough short board athletes physical strength,for example,pay attention to the coordination of muscle strength and strength of the small muscles of the development,pay attention to the mutual coordination between nerve and muscle.But at present,many coaches did not break the traditional strength training methods,there has been an error of the training point of view,it is a long time in the strength training of athletes,the training will focus on the enhancement of limbs,and on the superficial muscle.At this time if the core strength training into their Daily training,must be comprehensive and coordinated development of the physical qualities play a role in promoting,thus breaking its special performance.This paper tries to analyze through the implementation of the core strength training of high level athletes in Universities after effect,to provide practical guidance to improve the university high level athletes athletic ability,provide the necessary support the theory of core strength training in long jump athletes scientific.Research methods:the study used experimental method,the Hunan Normal University track and field high level team of 12 male athletes were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine training,training includes special technical training and traditional strength training;experimental group completed the special technical training part of the same group,but the number of traditional strength training in half,replaced the core strength training.Training 5 times a week for 10 weeks.Before and after the experiment respectively on two groups of athletes core strength index,the physical quality index,the special quality index and special performance test,and data statistics and analysis.Results:(1)reflect the isokinetic peak torque strength of the core muscles of the absolute value of the test results:the experimental group in the 10 Zhou Houqu,extensor at 30°/s,90°/s,12°/s conditions than before the experiment there were significant differences(P<0.01);the experimental group compared with no significant difference between the former and the control(P>0.05);experimental comparison between the two groups after flexor,extensor,in 30°/s,90°/s,120°/s conditions had significant difference(P<0.05),The peak torque/body weight relative value of the test results:the experimental group at 10 weeks after the bend,extensor at 30°/s,90°/s,120°/s conditions than before the experiment there were significant differences(P<0.01);the control group was only 30°/s before the experiment in the extensor flexor/s,significant difference appeared 90 degrees under the conditions of/s(P<0.05);experimental comparison between the two groups after extensor,at 30°/s,significant difference appeared at 90°/s(P<0.01).The flexor/extensor peak torque ratio test results at 30°/s,90°/s,120°/s below the test conditions before and after the experiment and compared with the experimental group after the comparison between groups showed no significant difference.(2)after 10 weeks of training,the experimental group compared with the experiment before the basic quality test of 30 meters,had very significant difference(P<0.01),standing long jump and 100 meter test showed significant difference(P<0.05),60 meters test does not appear significant difference;experimental group compared with the first four basic quality test were significant differences;the comparison between groups:30 meters run and standing long jump two tests appear very significant differences(P<0.01).(3)after 10 weeks of training,the experimental group compared with the experiment before the special quality testing in 6 step approach five hop had very significant difference(P<0.01),the road between the 10 meters race had significant difference compared with control group(P<0.05);Before the experiment,significant differences were not found in the two test after the experiment;comparison between groups,in the 6 step approach five hop had very significant difference(P<0.01).(4)after 10 weeks of training,each specific performance than the same group before the experiment were significantly different(P<0.01),experimental group amplitude compared with the control group there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05);special skill evaluation than the same group before the experiment there were significant differences(P<0.01)after the experiment,comparison between groups,the special technical evaluation of significant differences(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)the core strength training can effectively enhance the athletes body core muscle strength.The main performance in the core area of the maximum strength athletes muscle increased significantly,the balance and stability of the ability of muscle to be promoted.(2)the core strength training will help to improve the athletes'quality and speed of 30 meters standing long jump ability to play.(3)for single core strength training compared with the traditional strength training,enhance the long jump athletes place 6 step approach five hop special quality effect is more obvious.(4)the core strength training is a useful complement to the traditional strength training,to improve the jump.The specific performance and special action mobilization have a greater role in promoting.
