| Research purpose:Along with the ceaseless research and application of physical training in sanda.Cross Fit training has gradually stepped into people’s vision.In relevant studies,Cross Fit training has a significant effect on improving physical fitness quality such as human strength,endurance and explosive power.This paper applies the Cross Fit training method to the Strength Training of students in Sanda colleges and enriches the sanda special training system.Research methods: In view of the impact of Cross Fit training on the strength and endurance quality of college sanda students,this paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics.This paper selected 20 sanda special students from Shandong Institute of Physical Education as subjects.All sports levels are second level.Divided them into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted Cross Fit training as experimental intervention,and the control group adopted conventional strength endurance training as experimental intervention.Through questionnaires and interviews,the strength endurance test indicators were determined: general strength endurance test indicators and special strength endurance test indicators.Research results: In this paper,the improvement level of general strength endurance and special strength endurance is used to demonstrate whether Cross Fit training can have a good effect on the strength endurance quality of sanda special students,and the following results are obtained:(1)General strength and endurance indicators:In the general strength endurance index of the experimental group,the three indexes of 60-second rapid squat,60% 1RM static semi-squat and 60-second push-up showed a very significant difference(P<0.01),and the static flexion arm suspension showed a significant difference(0.01<P<0.05).The general strength and endurance indexes of the control group were tested in paired-sample T,and the 60% 1RM static semi-squat time of the subjects in the pre-and post-test results of the control group showed a very significant difference(P<0.01),and the three indexes of 60-second rapid squat,60-second push-up,and static flexion arm suspension showed significant differences(0.01<P<0.05).After the experiment,the test results of the experimental group and the control group were tested independently of the sample T,and the two indicators of 60-second rapid squatting and 60-second push-up showed significant differences(0.01<P<0.05)in the two groups,and the experimental group showed a good training effect,and the two indexes of60% 1RM static semi-squat and static flexion arm suspension showed no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)Special strength endurance indicators:The special strength endurance indexes of the experimental group were tested in the paired samples T test,and the four indexes of60-second punching,straight punch static push-up,whip leg for about 60 seconds,and left kick leg control in the experimental group before and after the experiment showed very significant differences(P<0.01).The general strength and endurance indexes of the control group were tested in paired-sample T,and the two indexes of whip leg and left kick leg control in the pre-and post-test results of the control group showed significant differences(0.01<P<0.05),and the two indexes of 60-second punch punch and straight fist static bench brace showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After the experiment,the test results of the experimental group and the control group were tested independently from the group,and the three indexes of 60-second punch,60-second whip leg,and left kick leg control showed a very significant difference(P<0.01),and the one index of straight fist static bench brace did not show a significant difference(P>0.05).Research conclusion:1、Cross Fit training can improve the general strength and endurance quality of Sanda students,but can also extremely improve the specific strength and endurance quality of Sanda students.2、Traditional strength endurance training can improve the general strength endurance quality of Sanda students significantly,but can not improve the test result of special strength endurance,there is no significant effect on improving the special strength endurance of Sanda students.3、Crossfit training and traditional strength endurance training can both improve general and specific strength endurance to a certain extent,compared with the traditional strength endurance training,Cross Fit training is more significant in improving the strength endurance quality of Sanda students.. |
