Because young football players are in the stage of growth and development,the development of strength quality and endurance quality is in a sensitive period;Strength training and endurance training have certain particularity.When making strength and endurance training plan,we should consider the scientificity and rationality of the plan,so as to pay attention to the effect of training;The level of strength and endurance quality of young football players directly affects the implementation of competition techniques and tactics;The purpose of this study is to explore the application of synchronous training method in the training of u15-16 football players in Bayannaoer sports school on the premise of not affecting the physical development of young football players,and to explore whether synchronous training method can improve strength and endurance quality more efficiently,and develop strength and endurance quality efficiently while saving training time.The research methods of this study are literature review,experimental research,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and logical analysis.Through reading a large number of literature such as synchronous training method,research on physical fitness,strength and endurance quality of young football players,and using research methods,this paper studies the influence of synchronous training method on strength and endurance quality;After the experimental design is made,the experiment is carried out.After the experiment,the data before and after the experiment are processed by mathematical statistics,and the results are compared and analyzed.Finally,the logical analysis method is used to summarize.After comparing and analyzing the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn1.Strength training alone can effectively improve the strength quality of u 15-16 football players in Ba league sports school.Strength training alone can improve endurance quality,but the degree of improvement is not high.By comparing the three groups for the improvement of strength quality,the same period training group is higher than the strength training group,higher than the endurance training group.2.Endurance training alone can effectively improve the endurance quality of u15-16 football players in Ba league sports school.Endurance training alone has no effect on the improvement of strength quality.By comparing the three groups for the improvement of endurance quality,endurance training group is higher than the same period of training group,higher than the strength training group.3.Synchronous training method can effectively improve the endurance and strength quality of u 15-16 football players in Ba League Sports School at the same time,and the improvement degree of strength quality is far higher than that of strength training group and endurance training group;The improvement of endurance quality was not as good as that of the endurance training group alone.4.The same period training method is not compatible with the improvement of u15-16 football players’ explosive power. |
