| On July 24,2021,the state issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training for Students in Compulsory Education," or the "Double Reduction" policy.The "double reduction" policy is an important initiative made by the state to improve the quality of education and to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education.Among them,the introduction and implementation of the "double reduction" policy has put forward higher requirements for homework as a teaching link,requiring the reduction of the amount of daily after-school homework for students while not reducing the effectiveness of learning and learning quality.It is not only the demand of teachers,but also the demand of students,parents and society as a whole to improve the quality of after-school homework.Based on this,this study,by reviewing and sorting out China’s classwork reduction policies and related studies on homework at home and abroad,uses multiple intelligence theory as the theoretical basis,and adopts a research method based on questionnaires and interviews,supplemented by observation and text analysis,to investigate language teachers and students in the third grade of elementary school M in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province,to obtain The first-hand information on the situation of language after-school homework was obtained.Through summarizing and analyzing the results of the survey,we found that the after-school homework reduction in the third grade of elementary school under the background of the "double reduction" policy is quite effective,but there are also some problems,mainly manifested in the alienation of homework functions,narrowing of homework contents,solidification of homework forms,and rigidity of homework evaluation.The reasons for this are analyzed at the school,teacher,parent and student levels: the school’s homework management mechanism is not sound,there is no online homework exchange platform,and teachers are under heavy pressure in their daily work;teachers’ homework concept is biased,teachers’ professional competence is insufficient,and the overall attention to homework is not enough;parents’ homework concept has not yet changed,and they do not support their children’s learning participation;students’ homework perception is to be corrected,and their motivation to learn is to be mobilized.Students’ perception of homework is not yet correct and their motivation to learn is not yet mobilized.In order to further improve the design level of language after-school homework and promote "reducing the burden and improving the quality" of language after-school homework,the author proposes corresponding targeted optimization strategies: change the concept of homework,from knowledge and skills to core literacy;innovate homework content,from closed to open;enrich the form of homework,from single to diverse;improve homework evaluation,from The author proposes the following strategies: change the concept of homework,from knowledge and skills to core literacy;innovate the content of homework,from closed to open;enrich the form of homework,from single to diversified;improve the evaluation of homework,from immediate to long-lasting;strengthen tripartite cooperation,from solitary to collective collaboration. |
