After-school service is a hot topic that is more concerned about the current education field.With the in-depth development of school-school services,parents and students have put forward higher requirements.As a systematic educational project,it is difficult to give full play to the effectiveness of the after-school service and education efficiency alone.It requires family,schools,and society to integrate educational resources and strength to jointly promote the high-quality development of post-school services.The successive promulgation of the "double reduction" policy and the home school and social cooperation policy provided policy compliance for the promotion of after-school services in cooperation in the home school.Carrying out the coordination of home schools in elementary school services,which is of great significance to integrate after-school service resources,promote the comprehensive development of students,and build a good educational ecology.Based on this theory,this study uses questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the current situation of home-school-community collaboration in after-school services of X Primary School in Nanning.After investigation,it was found that the cooperative work of home-school community in the after-school service of the primary school has achieved certain results,but there are also some problems.The main problems are: insufficient awareness of home-school community collaborative after-school services among teachers and parents,lack of diversity in the content and methods of home-school community collaborative after-school services,lack of planning and continuity in the process of home-school community collaborative afterschool services,and the ineffective integration of home-school community resources in after-school services.The attribution analysis of the problem from the three levels of school,family and society found that the main reasons were that the school collaborative guarantee mechanism was not in place.Parents’ education level is low,the family’s economic level is not high,some parents have backward educational concepts and insufficient social support and protection.In order to further improve the effectiveness of home-school community collaborative after-school services,this study proposes the following optimization strategies: first,carry out publicity and education work,including establishing a homeschool community collaborative publicity system and strengthening the collaborative publicity of home-school community;The second is to standardize the home-school community coordination process,including the establishment of a home-school community coordination committee,the formulation of home-school community coordination implementation plans and the improvement of teachers’ home-school community coordination ability;The third is to expand the content and form of collaboration,including enriching online collaborative content,actively carrying out home visit activities,establishing and developing parent schools,and holding campus open days;The fourth is to improve the home-school-community coordination mechanism,including the establishment of a school-community collaborative joint working group and the establishment of an online resource information sharing platform;Fifth,fully integrate social resources,including fully tapping parental resources and effectively integrating social resources;Sixth,with the help of evaluation methods,promote the normalization of home-school-community coordination.In this hope that this study can further enrich the relevant theories of home-school community collaboration after-school services,and provide some practical guidance for homeschool community collaboration in primary school after-school services.
