| General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that ideological and political theory classes should adhere to strengthening in improvement,enhancing the affinity and relevance of ideological and political education,and meeting the needs and expectations of students’ growth and development.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,higher demands are placed on the teaching of ideology and politics in senior secondary schools.The concept of heuristic teaching fits in with the educational ideology of enhancing students’ core qualities in the subject and promoting the all-round development of people,and there are significant advantages in introducing it into the teaching of high school ideology and politics classes.Therefore,this paper is based on the new requirements and goals of teaching high school ideology and politics in the new era,based on the teaching practice of high school ideology and politics,taking teachers and students of high school ideology and politics as the research object,focusing on the basic connotation,main content and generation process of heuristic teaching,and discussing the effectiveness of the use of heuristic teaching in high school ideology and politics and its enhancement in depth teaching practice.The study found that the use of heuristics in high school ideology and politics classes has improved,but there are still problems such as classroom teaching being inspired but not developed,the design of heuristic questions not being clear enough and the content of heuristics being narrow,leading to a lack of effectiveness of heuristics.The reasons for this are related to teachers’ insufficient knowledge of theories and qualities of heuristic teaching,teachers’ poor technical skills in heuristic teaching and students’ lack of awareness of participation.In order to further enhance the role of heuristics in high school ideology and politics classes,this article combines the results of interviews and classroom observations to propose strategies for optimising the use of heuristics by teachers in the new era of high school ideology and politics classes at both teacher and student levels.In terms of the teacher level,firstly,teachers should,based on the requirements of the new era Civics and Politics class,thoroughly study the teaching concept of subject core literacy,grasp the qualities of heuristic teaching and enhance teachers’ internal motivation;secondly,teachers should create vivid situations to stimulate students’ thinking,pay attention to the setting of multi-dimensional questions,provide targeted guidance and inspiration to implement effective interaction,and effectively link all aspects of teaching;finally,teachers should combine different Finally,teachers must combine different relevant educational models and use a variety of teaching methods to enrich and develop the use of heuristics in order to promote students’ development.At the student level,it is important to cultivate students’ interest in participating in heuristic classrooms,to enhance their ability to investigate and identify problems to stimulate their full thinking potential,to promote their core literacy.By exploring the effectiveness of the use of heuristic teaching in high schoo l ideology and politics classes,it helps to further deepen the theory of heuristic teaching,give full play to the main position of students,promote the implementa tion of activity-based classrooms,and has great theoretical significance and practi cal value for the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing moral e ducation in Civics and Politics classes. |
