The newly revised Vocational Education Law came into force on May 1st,2022,which clarifies that vocational education and general education are two types of education with equal importance,which not only points out the direction for the development of vocational education,but also puts forward new requirements for the quality of vocational education personnel training.Modern apprenticeship as a vocational education talent training model has been proven effective in Western countries.In 2014,the State Council issued “the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education”,and then the Ministry of Education issued“the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Launching Modern Apprenticeship Pilot Work”.Since then,modern apprenticeship has formally started large-scale practice in the field of vocational education in China.After many years of pilot summary,each region and colleges and universities in combination with their own characteristics also concluded many successful experiences.However,based on the current economic and social development situation and vocational education policies in China,How to further promote the implementation of modern apprenticeship system in secondary vocational schools has not yet been resolved.In the operation of modern apprenticeship,an efficient operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship talent training mode has not yet been formed.In response to these problems,the author adopted the Research Methods of Literature Review,Questionnaire Survey and interview,and combined with years of educational experience,Taking the pilot major of modern apprenticeship system in secondary vocational schools as the research object,this paper formulates an evaluation table of the operational mechanism of modern apprenticeship personnel training model,and based on this,compiles a questionnaire and an interview outline,summarizes the problems from four aspects and analyzes the reasons,in the end,the author puts forward the construction of an efficient operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship personnel training model,which can provide reference for the development of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background,the significance of the research,the core concepts involved in the research,the research status at home and abroad,the theoretical basis of the research,the research methods and the design of the research ideas.In the second part,according to the high quality modern apprenticeship standard proposed by scholar Guan Jing,the evaluation factor table of the operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship talent training mode is developed,which is divided into four aspects and covers 10 evaluation indexes.Then,according to the evaluation indexes,the author develops the questionnaire and interview outline.The persons in charge of the pilot program of modern apprenticeship,the students of the pilot program of modern apprenticeship,the teachers of the pilot program of modern apprenticeship and the graduates of the pilot program of modern apprenticeship were interviewed and surveyed from four aspects,namely,the entrance,the process,the export and the quality guarantee system of the training of modern apprenticeship.Analyze the current situation of the operation mechanism of talent training mode.In the third part,from the results of questionnaires,interviews and documents,it is found that there are some problems in the operation of modern apprenticeship:The entrance of talent training: lack of social awareness,lack of interest-driven;the process of talent training: fixed teaching thinking,unclear department rights and responsibilities;the export of talent training: the lack of evaluation system,career planning fuzzy;Personnel training security system: lack of policies and regulations,single incentive.In the fourth part,According to the above-mentioned problems,the author puts forward the optimization measures at the entrance of personnel training: extensive publicity,Clear Authority and responsibility,standard training standards;In the export of talent training: strict control standards,continuous feedback,forming a virtuous circle;in the talent training security system: improve regulations,stabilize the team,build vocational education alliance.The fifth part puts forward the conclusion,reflection deficiency and future prospect.
