logistics industry,especially in the logistics operation level to provide a lot of jobs.Traditional secondary vocational education personnel training mode is the talent of unable to adapt to post requirement,in order to reasonable integration of school and enterprise education resources,improve logistics efficiency and quality of personnel training,with a kind of effective personnel training mode developed enterprise need talent,as a result of modern apprenticeship training mode.Modern apprenticeship is a revolutionary change of school vocational education system,which has changed from rules to conditions,content,and even goals,as well as the mechanism of implementing the education process.It is a new system that is different from the original.Based on the traditional apprenticeship system,it links schools and enterprises closely together,and jointly carries out a new talent training mode combining enrollment,formulating training programs and developing curriculum system.In 2014,Liuzhou became one of the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot cities in China and the only one in Guangxi.Logistics major was one of the first batch of pilot majors in Liuzhou.In recent years,under the guidance of relevant government policies,some secondary vocational schools in Liuzhou City have tried to take the lead and actively explored the talent training model of "modern apprenticeship".However,through the investigation,it is found that the modern apprenticeship system of logistics major in secondary vocational schools in Liuzhou takes each school as the rule,and the talent training mode of unified layout,deep integration of school and enterprise,and organic combination of work and study has not really formed in Liuzhou.As a result,the author puts forward to build led by liuzhou relevant departments to formulate related policies and systems,integrated schools and teaching resources,realize the "engineering alternation,and between colleges" modern apprenticeship "442" personnel training mode,in order to solve the dilemma facing the liuzhou logistics professional modern apprenticeship,provide some ideas for secondary vocational cultivation of logistics talents.The so-called modern apprenticeship "442" personnel training mode,namely to achieve logistics professional technical secondary school students,through based learning,skills,industry knowledge,strengthen,into four stages,complete the basic quality module courses,professional basic course,professional core ability,professional comprehensive ability course four types of course of study,Under the guidance and cultivation of school teachers and enterprise masters,the general train of talent cultivation of "student → prospective apprentice →prospective employee" is completed.In this mode,students’ learning time is divided into four stages for alternating learning between school and enterprise.In the first three stages,students mainly learn basic knowledge and professional knowledge in school and observe and learn in enterprises.In the last stage,students learn in enterprises through practice.In this mode,the modern apprenticeship working committee was established through the government’s overall planning to carry out the logistics modern apprenticeship,so as to improve the relevant policies and systems.In order to realize the deep integration of school and enterprise,the university and enterprise should work together to recruit and recruit students,formulate talent training programs,and jointly train logistics talents in the way of alternating study and learning.Through the construction of on-campus training base,teaching activities are carried out according to the logistics post process to help students combine theory with practice;By integrating school teachers and enterprise masters,a professional logistics team of modern apprenticeship can be established to realize the smooth development of modern apprenticeship courses.The parents committee was established to solve the social prejudice against vocational education and parents’ misunderstanding of modern apprenticeship,and to urge the implementation of modern apprenticeship.The modern apprenticeship "442" talent training mode emphasizes that in the process of modern apprenticeship training for secondary vocational logistics major,students’ own characteristics should be paid attention to,and students’ learning cognitive law and the particularity of the course should be combined to carry out phased education.Secondly,this model believes that the evaluation mechanism of
