On Status Quo And Solutions Of Project-based Operation Of Medical Social Work From The Perspective Of Embeddedness Theory

Medical social work in China is at a developmental stage,and the current model of medical social work development in China is not only the direct establishment of medical social work departments in hospitals,but also the mainstream mode of having third-party social work organizations send medical social workers into hospitals to carry out medical social work services in the form of project-based operation.Based on multiple perspectives,social work organizations send medical social workers into hospitals from practical perspectives,and medical social workers use their professional knowledge and skills to provide professional medical social work services to clients,reflecting the combination of project-based operation and medical social work.For the medical social work profession,the combination with project-based operation is undoubtedly a new attempt and exploration.This study takes the project of "Medical Social Work Clinical Service System Construction and Promotion" in Shanxi as an example,introduces the background,service targets,cycle,service goals and operation process of the project,and analyzes the operation process of the project from the perspective of embedding theory through questionnaire survey,participant observation and interview method.In order to promote the scientific development of medical social work project operation,this study analyzes the causes of the difficulties of the project,and focuses on the reasons of dependent embedding and marginal embedding.In order to promote the scientific development of medical social work program operation,this study analyzes the causes of the dilemma and proposes countermeasures from three aspects: medical social workers,social work organizations and hospital system.
