Over thousands of years,civilization has continued to evolve,the rise and fall of chaos,and more than one hundred years of arduous exploration,have experienced many vicissitudes of life in modern times,reveal a thought-provoking truth: "When laws are enforced,the state is stable and orderly,and a country is chaotic if the law is lax or abandoned." Administer the country and society by law and act in accordance with the law,only in this way can we achieve the stability and harmony of the national political situation.At the level of education,it guides students to understand that "rule of law" is a profound revolution of national governance,"rule of law" is an important key word of the future action guide of China,"rule of law" is related to the happiness and well-being of the people and the long-term stability of the country,it is an inescapable task of high school ideological and political courses to build a strong sense of rule and legal spirit.Continuously shape students’ legal awareness based on high school ideological and political courses,it has unique subject significance and educational value,which is a sacred curriculum mission and responsibility that must be performed for a long time.The problem that this paper tries to confirm in theoretical elaboration and empirical analysis is to guide students to think about "what is the rule of law" on the basis of "what is the goal of the rule of law",form the noble adherence to the rule of law in the value discrimination and clarification,promote the recognition and belief of the socialist core values,and consciously follow the rule of law in daily behavior,thereby enhancing students’ deep confidence in the socialist path of rule of law with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,this article mainly does the following assignments:First of all,this paper makes a conceptual exploration and academic interpretation of the "legal consciousness" in high school ideological and political course,aiming to clarify the "what is the connotation and what is the goal of the legal consciousness",and build a theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,it determines the goal direction of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law,and solves the problem of "what kind of talents to be trained".In addition,according to New Curriculum Standard and New Teaching Materials,the rule of law related content of the "three course modules" was systematically sorted out,and the issues of "how to foster people" was clarified,which is the textual basis for the cultivation of sense of the rule of law.Finally,using quantitative analysis and qualitative research methods,some senior high schools were selected to conduct questionnaire survey and interview with students and teachers respectively.It’s found that the training of legal consciousness is indeed facing some difficulties:In the first place,the legal education idea of schools and teachers has not been fully docking with the New Curriculum Standard,and the main position role of school legal education has not been fully played.Followed by,there is asymmetry between teachers’ teaching level and the requirements of New Curriculum Standard and students’ expectation.Thirdly,students’ awareness of the importance of learning the rule of law and initiative in learning law are insufficient,the channels for learning law knowledge are limited,and students’ own competence level of rule of law needs to be improved.These problems can be attributed to the following four aspects:teachers do not completely understand the new teaching materials and the new curriculum standard,lack of innovation of teachers’ teaching mode,limitation of teachers’ own professional quality,and one-sided cognitive of students.Based on the above problems and reasons,this thesis perceives that the rule of law consciousness cultivation should renew teaching ideas,excavate teaching resources,optimize teaching design,arouse teachers’ demonstration and guidance,facilitate family and society interaction,conduct core competences-oriented evaluation and so on.Last but not least,focusing on deep learning,the rationality and feasibility of this paper are further tested through a large unit teaching design example,indicating that this text is a logical approach from theoretical analysis to practical teaching,it has solved the problems of "how to teach and learn" of the consciousness of rule of law,which reflects the unification of the theory and practice of high school ideological and political courses.
