The problems of school training have been affecting a benign cycle of competitive sports.Time management is the key crux of the problems of school training.Each individual has a different concept of time.Therefore,in this paper,high school student athletes in Kunming area were taken as the survey objects,and the SAMSAQ Scale(Academic Motivation Scale),adolescent time management Tendency Scale,adolescent learning burnout Scale and other measuring tools were revised and compiled by confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),and the reliability and validity of these measurement tools were tested.Using these measuring tools,this paper investigates the relationship between learning motivation,time management tendency and learning burnout of high school student athletes,and then carries out regression analysis and path analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The revised learning motivation scale in this study is a two-dimensional structure containing 12 items,and its reliability and validity meet the requirements of measurement.It can be used to evaluate and diagnose the learning motivation of domestic high school student athletes.(2)The learning motivation,time management tendency and learning burnout of high school student athletes are above the medium level;(3)In general,there are no significant differences in the study motivation,time management tendency and learning burnout of the surveyed high school student-athletes in terms of gender,grade,preferred way of college entrance examination,years of participation in training and athlete level;The motivation of learning and training had significant differences in the number of weekly training,the frequency of communication with teachers of cultural courses,the time of independent learning,and each group of subject categories.There are significant differences in the time management tendency between 400 M and football,communication frequency with culture teachers,independent learning time and study style.There are significant differences between learning burnout and communication frequency and independent learning time of cultural course teachers.(4)The sub-dimensions of training motivation,time management tendency and learning burnout are significantly correlated.The time management tendency is significantly positively correlated with learning motivation,the time management tendency is negatively correlated with learning burnout,and the learning burnout is negatively correlated with learning motivation.(5)Time management inclination can significantly positively predict learning motivation,and learning burnout can significantly negatively predict learning motivation.(6)Path analysis shows that learning burnout has a partial mediating effect between time management inclination and learning motivation.Time management inclination can directly affect learning motivation and indirectly affect learning motivation through learning burnout.
