Self-management during school is actually the management of time.In today's society in pursuit of efficiency,time management,as one of the most basic categories of management,has already become an important research direction.At the same time,it is the same in the field of education.In recent years,with the continuous progress of our society,sports has been vigorously developed.At the same time,the cultivation of sports talents has been paid attention to in the field of college education,and the sports training profession has also rapidly Develop.The rapid development of sports training requires that colleges and universities pay more attention to the cultivation of students.The cultivation of students requires not only the adaptation of school management and its connotation construction,but also the self-management and perfection of students.This research adopts research methods such as literature method,survey method and mathematical statistics method,and takes the time management tendency and learning burnout of sports training majors in colleges and universities in Henan Province as the research object,from the status quo,basic situation,learning characteristics and self of sports training majors.From the perspective of management consciousness behavior process,analyze the time management ability of sports training majors in colleges and universities in Henan Province from three levels of time value sense,time monitoring concept and time efficiency sense,and analyze students' sense of burnout according to the actual learning and living conditions of students For further analysis.Finally,it points out the problems existing in the time management and learning status of sports training students,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.1.The score of time management propensity for sports training majors is lower than the middle value,and the time management propensity is generally low.Regarding the dimension of time value,although most sports training students can feel that time is passing and there is a correct time value,the consciousness of actively managing time is not high.In terms of the dimension of time monitoring,the consciousness of setting goals is ambiguous,and there is a lack of setting a corresponding time management plan.But there is a sense of fulfilling the goals of the plan in accordance with the priorities.Most sports training students do not have a sense of reflection on the quality of the completed tasks,and do not have the awareness and ability to adjust the planning content according to the completion effect.Many tasks will make students wonder how to start.In terms of the sense of efficacy,most sports training students have a low sense of time management effectiveness.2.There are significant gender differences in the time management tendencies of sports training major college students,and the time management tendencies of boys are worse than girls.There are also significant differences in grades,but there is no difference in the dimension of value.The average score of time management tendencies is higher than that of freshmen and sophomores,and sophomores have the lowest score.There are also differences in student sources.Students from high schools have better time management tendencies than amateur sports schools and professional teams,but there is no difference in the dimension of time monitoring.There are also differences in sports grades,in which the average score of time management tendencies of first-level athletes is higher than that of second-level athletes.3.The score of learning burnout of sports training major college students is higher than the middle value,and the sense of learning burnout is generally high.There are significant differences in learning burnout between boys and girls in sports training majors.Boys have a greater sense of burnout than girls,but there is no difference in the dimension of misbehavior.Similarly,there are significant differences in learning burnout in grades.The degree of learning burnout in grade one is lower than that in grade two and grade three.And there are significant differences in the grades of sports training students in the three dimensions of low mood,improper behavior,and low sense of achievement.Secondly,there are significant differences in the source of learning burnout.Students from professional teams have the highest sense of burnout,followed by amateur sports schools and high schools.At the same time,there are higher significant differences in the behavior of learning burnout and the low dimension of achievement.There is no difference in low mood.There are also significant differences in the learning burnout of sports training students of different sports levels.4.There is a significant negative correlation between the time management tendency of sports training students and learning burnout.Among them,the two dimensions of time monitoring and time efficiency have a significant negative correlation with the three dimensions of learning burnout.5.The total score of time management tendency can negatively predict the total score of learning burnout,and the variance of the explanation equation is 7%.At the same time,it can also negatively predict a low sense of achievement,and the variance of the interpretation equation is 28%.Secondly,the time management monitoring concept can negatively predict improper behavior,and the variance of the explanation equation is 14%.Combining the problems in the above conclusions,we make targeted suggestions:1.Students should reasonably control their time every day,and use the “four-quadrant” method of managing time to classify management events according to their critical importance.Formulate a clear time management plan,write the content into a task list.Strictly follow the planned order.Eliminate interference,learn to refuse.In the process of performing tasks,we must do it all.Treat others' invitations and interfere with their own behavior and learn to refuse.To deal with the interference of uncontrollable factors,you must learn to reserve time in the plan for unexpected needs.Thereby preventing learning burnout.2.The school should strengthen student management during the first year of admission according to the actual situation of the students,so that students have an excessive period.Fully adapt to the rhythm of university study and life.Therefore,the status quo of time management tends to gradually decrease as the grade increases,and the sense of learning burnout gradually increases.At the same time,the school should focus on students from amateur sports schools and professional teams,strengthen management and guide students to manage time,and enrich the content of extracurricular learning to avoid students wasting nothing in their spare time.3.Strengthen school guidance,especially for freshman freshmen.At the same time,the school should set up special lectures on time management in the sophomore and junior students,or add time management instruction courses.Thereby guiding students' awareness of managing time.The school builds a good learning atmosphere and reasonably arranges and manages students' work and rest.4.In the teaching process,students' motivation for achievement should be
