Education is related to the strength of a country and the prosperity of a nation.Compulsory education is a fundamental part of educational development,and the allocation of educational resources is of utmost importance and is the core of development.The national education policy is to ensure that every school-age child has access to education,good education,equal educational opportunities,and the same educational resources.This reflects China’s educational goals and reflects the call for educational fairness from all sectors of society.At present,the resource allocation of compulsory education in rural areas of China is the main content and important component of the resource allocation of compulsory education in China.In order to handle and solve the problem of allocating rural compulsory education resources well,and make their allocation more reasonable,scientific,and optimized,in recent years,many relevant policies have been introduced by both the state and local governments.This article first combines online and offline methods to read relevant policy documents,journals,papers,and books.Then,important concepts and theories are collected into volumes.Finally,questionnaire design,survey,and interview surveys are conducted based on the organized materials,ultimately forming practical and data support.Specifically,based on a comprehensive review and summary of education policies at different stages after the establishment of the People’s Republic of China,this article combines various research methods such as literature research,survey research,and field research;The research object is the policy implementation of rural compulsory education resource allocation in L District,Lincang City,Yunnan Province,China;Discovered the specific current situation of the object,analyzed the existing problems and the reasons for these problems,and further summarized the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.From the implementation status of national policies,the current allocation of compulsory education resources,especially in rural areas,is becoming increasingly prominent due to the imbalanced and inefficient allocation of resources.The reason for this is the inadequate implementation of relevant policies.To achieve a balanced and efficient allocation of rural compulsory education resources in L district,it is necessary to fundamentally optimize education resource allocation policies,improve the government’s execution power,regulate the behavior of all target groups,and create a good policy execution environment.
