The Chinese Men’s Basketball Professional League(hereinafter referred to as the CBA League)was formerly known as the Men’s Basketball A League.After 28 years of continuous innovation and development,the CBA League represents the highest level of men’s basketball in China and has become one of the most important sports professional leagues in China.With the growing influence of the tournament,the CBA league has become a commercial sports event.The upward development of the CBA league is closely related to the introduction of foreign players.Foreign players have become an important part of all the teams and the CBA league.In order to maximize the interests,each club team in the league has sought excellent foreign aid at high prices.The foreign aid management problem has become the focus of each team.The CBA has faced multiple influences from foreign aid.Therefore,how to ensure the rationality of the aid,the sustainability of the policy and the stability of foreign aid is particularly important.Based on a variety of research methods,including literature survey,interview and field observation,this paper thoroughly analyzes the introduction of foreign aid in the CBA League,its possible positive and negative effects,as well as possible contradictions and problems in the implementation process of "separation of management and office",so as to find an effective method of foreign aid management.To achieve effective use of foreign aid effect,reduce the adverse factors to CBA league,promote the healthy development of CBA league.This paper aims to discuss how to promote the long-term prosperity and healthy operation of CBA League by improving and perfecting the management of foreign aid.Through the research,the following basic conclusions are obtained:1.The CBA is a semi-professional league,and the introduction of foreign aid is mainly to speed up the professionalism and internationalization process of the CBA League.With the development of The Times,the mode of introducing foreign players in Chinese Basketball Association has also undergone great changes,from independent selection to unified selection by CBA,and finally back to the method of independent selection by clubs.The changes show that the professional management level and scientific nature of the Chinese Basketball Association,CBA and clubs still need to be improved.2.The development of the CBA League has been greatly promoted by foreign aid,and foreign players have made important contributions to the development of the league and the improvement of its brand image.The arrival of foreign aid has enhanced the competitiveness and appreciation of the CBA League,and brought excellent foreign concepts and game interpretation methods to the CBA League.From the negative side,the introduction of aid increases the difficulty of CBA League and clubs in managing players,is not conducive to the cultivation and development of local players,and intensifies the mentality of clubs eager for quick success and instant benefits.3.In order to improve the overall level of the CBA league,it is necessary to overcome the dilemma that foreign players cannot fully integrate with each other and try to eliminate their influence on domestic players.Clubs must move away from short-term gains and towards compliance.Chinese Basketball Association should strengthen the management of competitive basketball,establish a sound and effective management system,in order to promote its professional and professional development,which is the top priority of China’s basketball career at present.
