With the rapid development of the short video industry,the number of monthly active users in the short video industry reached 9.11 million,and the daily use time of short video was 1.5 hours,an hour more than the same period last year.Due to the young age,high vocational students can not control the time of using short video,easy to overuse short video lead to Internet addiction,seriously damage the physical and psychological health development of high vocational students,easy to produce loneliness,over time,the Internet has become the only refuge for their lonely life.Many studies at home and abroad have shown that Internet addiction is closely related to emotional social loneliness,a bad social emotion.Short video use can directly affect Internet addiction,and indirectly affect Internet addiction through the mediating variable of emotional social loneliness,and then affect the level of mental health development of higher vocational students.This study intends to investigate the relationship and path model of short video use,Internet addiction and emotional social loneliness of higher vocational students through questionnaire survey,so as to supplement the research on short video use addiction and emotional social loneliness of higher vocational students in China and make a small contribution.At the same time,through this study,we will survey depends on the higher vocational students a short video using the present situation of the addiction and emotional social loneliness,and thus understand the mental health status of the higher vocational students,and is expected to reduce the emotional level of social isolation,form good psychological health and interpersonal level,in order to promote the healthy development of their personality provide reference Suggestions.The results show that: 1.There is a certain degree of addiction in the use of short videos in higher vocational students,and the individual video use of higher vocational students has individual characteristics.The psychological participation of higher vocational students in the use of short video affects the degree of Internet dependence.2.The loneliness level of vocational students is higher than the average level.3.Short video use has a significant positive impact on emotional social loneliness,emotional social loneliness has a significant positive impact on the tendency of Internet addiction,and psychological engagement of short video users has a moderating effect on the formation of social loneliness.Psychological engagement partially moderates the effect of short videos on Internet addiction tendency.The strategies to guide the use of short videos in higher vocational students to reduce Internet addiction are as follows: 1.Strengthen school supervision and guard against the harm caused by the use of short videos in higher vocational students;2.Enrich teaching with short video technology to improve students’ interest,and guide students to form the behavior habit of using the network to learn actively;3.Strengthen the management mechanism of using short videos on campus,and create a clean environment for students to use the Internet;4.Pay attention to the mental health problems of higher vocational students and guide them to participate in social activities;5.Cooperate with strong schools to promote healthy psychological growth of higher vocational students;6.At the social level,supervision of short video platforms should be strengthened to create a green network environment for teenagers.This study made a deeper discussion on the research results,and put forward corresponding measures to alleviate the Internet addiction and emotional social loneliness of higher vocational students,so as to provide a reference for the benign development of mental health of higher vocational students. |
