| As an important part of the youth group,the physical health level of junior high school students is not only the foundation of the country’s future development,but also the main driving force of the country’s construction of sports power.The National Physical Health Standards formulated by the State in 2014 aim to improve the physical level of adolescents.However,the survey shows that in recent years,the physical health level of junior high school students is declining,the obesity rate is gradually increasing,and the physical quality level is not optimistic.On this basis,by studying the physical test results of junior high school students in Liaoyuan in 2021,comparing the physical test data of 2019,2020 and 2021,comprehensively using various methods such as literature,questionnaire,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,the physical test data of 1,800 students were randomly selected for analysis.To understand the physical health status of middle school students in Liaoyuan city,and analyze the factors affecting the physical health level of middle school students in Liaoyuan City,and put forward targeted countermeasures to improve the physical health level of middle school students in Liaoyuan City.The study says:(1)Compared with previous years,the physical health level of junior middle schools in Liaoyuan City,Jilin Province in 2021 will decline first and then rise,while the strength quality of boys and endurance quality of girls will decline,and even the mean value of some indicators is not qualified compared with the standard.The overall trend is downward.(2)The decline of physical health level of junior middle school students in Liaoyuan is related to their parents’ attitude towards physical exercise,the frequency of their parents’ participation in sports activities,their own physical exercise outside school,the after-school homework of PE teachers,the school sports facilities,the number of physical exercise per week,their fondness for sports,and their attitude towards improving learning efficiency. |
