| In recent years, curriculum reform based on the curriculum standards has been a key concern for educators around the world, and in May 2020,the General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(revised in 2020 for the 2017 edition)(hereinafter referred to as "the new standards")were officially released. The content requirements, academic requirements, teaching tips and academic quality standards of the New Curriculum, whether teachers’ classroom teaching implements the requirements of the New Curriculum, and how the teaching is consistent with the New Curriculum have become hot issues of concern. In this paper,we take the chapter of "Plane vectors and their applications" as an example to study the consistency between classroom teaching and the new standards in senior mathematics.Based on the definition of behavioral verbs and the classification of cognitive levels in the content standards,we compiled a test paper on plane vectors in senior high school mathematics and constructed a 4×3 consistency analysis framework and a teacher’s self-report form based on the SEC consistency analysis model. We tested the students’ learning outcomes and investigated the teachers’ teaching contents respectively. We calculated the consistency coefficients of teachers’ teaching contents, students’ learning outcomes and the new standards, and compared the consistency of teachers’ teaching contents, students’ learning outcomes and the new standards in terms of content topics and cognitive levels. After selecting relevant samples for analysis,we obtained the following conclusions: the consistency of teachers’ teaching contents with the new standards was not significant, and there was an uneven distribution of lesson time in terms of content topics. In terms of cognitive level, there is a tendency for teachers’ teaching contents to be plucked up.The consistency of students’ learning outcomes with the new curriculum is not significant. In terms of content topics, the topic of "vector concept" deviates from the new curriculum, while the rest of the topics deviate slightly from the new curriculum.Based on the above findings,we put forward four teaching suggestions:(1)teachers should carefully study the requirements of the new standards when preparing lessons;(2)when designing teaching objectives, teachers can first design unit teaching objectives according to the requirements of the new standards, and then refine the design of lesson objectives;(3)teachers should pay attention to the explanation of conceptual knowledge and guide students to grasp the essence of mathematical content;(4)Students should improve their independent learning ability and be good at thinking about problems. |
