With the continuous progress of curriculum reform,curriculum researchers pay more attention to the quality of classroom teaching,especially in primary and secondary school classroom teaching performance is more prominent.Under the background of curriculum reform,the author deeply studies the intrinsic relationship between classroom teaching and curriculum standards,and becomes the central topic of curriculum research.In this context,the study of curriculum standards has gradually become the key to curriculum reform,for curriculum assessment and improve the quality of teaching is of great significance.Therefore,it is important to study the consistency of classroom teaching and curriculum standards.Based on the improvement of Flanders video analysis system,this paper analyzes the present situation of the implementation of "new language curriculum" in the third grade language classroom teaching in the sample X school,and analyzes the present situation of the " This paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors of the implementation of the "New Curriculum Standard" in the course of teaching through the in-depth interviews,follow-up interviews and follow-up interviews of the school teachers,The implementation of the standard and the improvement of classroom teaching to provide recommendations.TThe study found that the sample school teaching objectives meet the "new curriculum standard" requirements.Teaching practice and the "new curriculum" requirements access to the larger overall,teaching practice seriously violated the "new curriculum" in the teaching practice recommendations in the request.Teaching evaluation is a serious violation of the "new curriculum standard" requirements,teaching evaluation is a relatively weak part of the sample school,can not reflect the integrity of the language curriculum and comprehensive;evaluation method is more traditional,can not be qualitative and quantitative combination,can not Respond to the student's learning state.Based on the implementation of the "new curriculum" in the implementation of primary school language classroom problems,in order to better implement the "new curriculum standard",the following suggestions: classroom teaching reform from the formal reform to the substantive reform,promote the construction of scientific language Teaching evaluation system,and actively promote the construction of teachers' professional learning community,improve teacher training mode.
