Since the 1990s,with the advent of education globalization,there has been general implementation on curriculum reforms all around the world,one of the most important presented ways of curriculum reform is embodied through the teaching content of teachers in the class,and the teaching content of teachers should be based on the curriculum criteria.As high school mathematics the 2017 new curriculum criteria and the new textbook for the 2019 People's Education A edition went published,the implementation degree of the mathematics curriculum reform for high school senior one is yet to be tested.Therefore,the main content of the research of this article is whether the teaching situation of math teachers in high school senior one be aligned with the new curriculum criteriaThis article makes a localized improvement which is suitable for the current education situation in our country on the recognized "SEC" surveys of enacted curriculum model,and comes to a new survey of enacted curriculum model,which is used to carry out the survey on the alignment between teaching and curriculum criteria of math teachers in senior one from eight high schools in Yantai City.Trough the consistency formula,the alignment level between the teaching and the standard is calculated,and has come to conclusions as follows:(1)Thematic dimension:the overall alignment level of the teacher's teaching situation in the first volume of high school mathematics and the criteria is high.Only the teaching theme of "exponential function and logarithmic function" is lower than the requirements of the new curriculum criteria,the teaching of the other four themes is higher than the requirements of the new curriculum standard.(2)Three-dimensional goal:the result goal overall alignment index>process goal overall alignment index>experience goal overall alignment index.(3)Cognitive level:the worst alignment index of "Master" is 0.35,and the alignment index of "exploration" is 0.52.In terms of the result cognition level and process cognition level,the teachers are higher than the requirements of the course criteria,and in terms of the teaching in the experience cognition level,they are lower than the cognition requirements of the course standardsThrough the research conclusions above,it is recommended that teachers:(1)In the theme of "exponential function and logarithmic function",the number of class hours are capable to increase appropriately,and the number of class hours are capable to reduce appropriately in the other four topics.(2)In the teaching process,teachers need to grasp the teaching objectives as a whole and deepen the explanation on knowledge points of process targets and experience targets in accordance with the requirements of curriculum criteria.(3)Teachers need to memorize the cognitive requirements of each knowledge point,grasp the difficulties and key points of teaching,and be able to adjust the teaching goals in time based on the curriculum criteria.In the specific teaching,these suggestions are able to provide teachers with a reference,prompting teachers to grasp more effectively the alignment of classroom teaching and curriculum criteria,therefore to enhance curriculum criteria on playing a greater degree of value,and to advance the education reform more comprehensively. |
