Since the end of the last century, the world has begun to economic globalization. With the rapid development of society and economy, the demand for talents is increasing,so the requirements for them are higher. At the same time, with the advent of the era of global education industry, the demand for educators is also increasing. On the basis of changes in the demand for talents, each country has carried out education reforms,so it is necessary to train new talents to adapt to its own development, thereby enhancing overall national strength.Based on this,China has also begun to reform the curriculum standards.Curriculum standards are the basis for Writing materials, educational and teaching assessment, and assessment of students' academic achievements.Written tests are the most common way to measure students' learning effectiveness and teachers' teaching in line with curriculum standards. If the curriculum reform wants to succeed, the key lies in whether the test questions and the curriculum standards conform to each other. When the degree of consistency between test questions and curriculum standards is good, the guiding role of the test can be brought into play.Only in this way can educators be encouraged to teach in accordance with the curriculum standards, better implement the curriculum standards in the teaching process, and then implement the requirements of the curriculum standards. The consistency analysis model chosen for this study is the SEC analysis model, which is a method developed by American scholars to quantitatively measure the consistency between academic evaluation and curriculum standards. This study selects the comprehensive chemistry test of college entrance examination in Hunan Province for the past three years, and initially analyzes the matching degree of the “General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard(Experiment draft)” issued by the Chemistry College Entrance Examination of Hunan Province in the three years from 2016 to 2018.The main processes of the study are as follows:First, referring to the relevant literature, determining the method of analyzing whether the chemistry college entrance examination test questions are consistent with the curriculum standards, coding methods and research models, and thus establish a two-dimensional matrix of“content subject × cognitive level”.The second is to explore the matching degree between the chemistry test questions of the college entrance examination in Hunan Province and curriculum standards, coding the curriculum standards and the chemistry test questions of the college entrance examination in Hunan Province for the past three years, and calculate the Poter consistency coefficient by means of the SEC analysis mode,in order to obtain the consistency degree of the two.Thirdly, based on the content theme and cognition level, the degree of matching between the chemistry test questions of Hunan college entrance examination andthe curriculum standards is analyzed from the perspectives of horizontal, vertical and general.Comparing and analyzing the differences between the two.The results show that there is no significant consistency between the chemistry test questions of college entrance examinations in Hunan Province in the past three years and the curriculum standards.
