With the rapid development of the national economy,the market is thirsty for high-quality talents with first-line technical skills.The course of Good Management Practice for Pharmaceutical Business(hereinafter referred to as GSP Practice)is regarded as the core course of the secondary vocational pharmaceutical business and management major,which provides effective support for the cultivation of students’ professional ability and helps them to cultivate their professional quality.However,in the classroom teaching of "GSP Practice" for secondary vocational education under traditional education,there are problems such as incomplete teaching design,random teaching process,unscientific teaching objectives,loss of students’ main status,low participation in the classroom,and difficulty in cultivating professional skills and literacy,so it is urgent to strengthen the teaching management of "GSP Practice" and improve its teaching quality.The BOPPPS teaching mode divides the classroom content modularly,which is divided into six links: Bridge-in,Objective,Preassessment,Participatory Learning,Post-assessment and Summary,ensuring the orderliness and scientificity of classroom teaching.It can provide a scientific guiding framework for teacher instructional design.At the same time,the BOPPS teaching mode has the advantages of student-centered,clear teaching goals,and emphasis on students’ participation in the classroom,which is conducive to improving students’ comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems,and realize the cultivation of students’ professional qualities such as honesty and trustworthiness,truth-seeking and pragmatism,and reverence for life.Studies have shown that the BOPPS teaching model is widely used at home and abroad,but most of them are concentrated in college classrooms,and the teaching effect is well reflected.The application of BOPPPS teaching mode in secondary vocational classroom teaching is rare,especially in pharmacy courses,this application is extremely rare.Therefore,the application of BOPPS teaching mode to the Chinese vocational pharmacy course "GSP Practice" can not only enrich the teaching mode and teaching methods of the secondary vocational classroom,but also provide experience for the classroom teaching reform of the secondary vocational "GSP Practice".After comprehensively analyzing the research status of BOPPPS teaching mode at home and abroad,defining its related concepts,and making an in-depth analysis of the positioning,objectives and content of the "GSP Practice" course of the Chinese vocational pharmaceutical business and management major,the author further conducted a comprehensive investigation on the teaching situation of the "GSP Practice" course in a secondary vocational school in Yunnan.Based on the above research and analysis,the existing BOPPPS teaching mode is optimized,and the feedback functions of the pre-test and post-test are fully utilized,and the BOPPPS teaching mode implementation strategy and framework more suitable for the middle vocational "GSP Practice" course are constructed.The framework is a closed-loop feedback teaching mode that communicates inside and outside the classroom,integrates theory and reality,and carries out teaching step by step,with the advantages of student centeredness,clear goals,participation-oriented,and real-time feedback.According to this framework,the teaching design and teaching practice research are carried out,combined with the SPSSAU software to analyze the students’ performance and questionnaire survey results,and analyze and evaluate according to the feedback of the data,and it is concluded that the application of BOPPPS teaching mode in the secondary vocational "GSP Practice" course is feasible and effective.The BOPPPS model can stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning,help them clearly define their learning goals,and help them form the right learning attitudes and behaviors,so as to promote their all-round development in basic knowledge,necessary skills and important characters.In addition,the BOPPS pedagogy can help teachers complete classroom tasks more effectively.
