| Since 2020,the Ministry of Education,the General Administration of Sports of the People ’s Republic of China and the General Office of the State Council have successively issued the " Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents " on comprehensively strengthening and improving the work of school physical education in the new era,"Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards," aiming to promote the reform and development of school physical education,balance the development of cultural courses and physical exercise,and improve the physical health of adolescents.While completing the teaching tasks in school physical education,we will achieve the goal of enjoying fun,enhancing physical fitness,tempering will,improving personality,and cultivating all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.Based on the issuance of this policy document,this study takes ’ church,diligence and regular competition ’ as the perspective,takes Wenshan primary school ’ campus football ’ as the carrier,and uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,classroom observation method,interview method,case analysis method,mathematical statistics and other methods to carry out campus football activities in Wenshan primary school.The school conducts an in-depth investigation,analyzes the actual dilemma of ’ church,diligence and regular competition ’ in Wenshan primary school campus football teaching,and proposes a reasonable development path according to the development of Wenshan primary school campus football.It provides targeted suggestions for the development and popularization of campus football activities and teaching,training and competition in Wenshan City,and provides a theoretical basis for the development of healthy China and sports power.Through in-depth investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)The teaching of campus football course is well carried out.The number of teaching hours,objectives and contents meet the requirements of campus football teaching.The school is equipped with corresponding football venues,and the leaders support the development of football teaching.(2)Campus football funding is less,the source of funding is single,can not meet the training,competition spending;there are few football training aids and aging football doors.(3)The age and education structure of teachers are reasonable,which meets the requirements of campus football teaching,but the number of professional football teachers needs to be increased,and there are few training opportunities.(4)Parents ’ support is not enough,mainly due to sports injuries caused by football and affecting academic performance.(5)Students ’ liking and satisfaction for football activities inside and outside the school are general.From the classroom observation,it is found that two-thirds of the teachers ’ action demonstrations are not standard,the organization and teaching methods are not novel,and the students ’ action completion is not high.Two-thirds of the students are not proficient in football technical movements and flexible application of football tactics,and have not achieved the purpose of ’ church ’.(6)Extracurricular training is mainly based on the training of school team players,and the number and time of training are far from the requirements of ’ diligence ’.(7)Football competitions are mainly based on school sports meetings;through classroom observation,it is found that teachers seldom organize students to conduct classroom teaching competitions in class,and there are few opportunities for competitions.The number of competitions and participation did not meet the requirements of ’ regular competition ’.Through investigation and research,the dilemma of implementing ’ church,practice and regular competition ’ in football teaching in Wenshan primary school campus is :(1)The difficulties at the level of ’ church ’ : students ’ liking for football is not high,professional guidance teachers are not enough,training times are few,funds are insufficient,auxiliary equipment and facilities are insufficient,and parents ’support is not enough.(2)Dilemmas at the level of ’ diligence ’ : insufficient training times,lack of guarantee for practice time,low quality of practice and lack of scientific guidance.(3)The dilemma of the ’ regular competition ’ level : the leadership ’s support for the football competition is not enough,the competition opportunities are few,the competition is mainly in the form of elites,the participation of ordinary students is not high,and the school,county and municipal competition system is not perfect.In view of the actual difficulties existing in the development of primary school campus football in Wenshan City from the perspective of ’ church,diligence and regular competition ’,the following development paths are proposed :(1)Wenshan City Education Department,Sports Department and Football Association cooperate with each other;regularly organize school leaders ’ seminars to enhance the support of leaders for football training and competition.(2)The preparation of athlete rating and player education policy,so as to improve the support of parents.(3)Broaden funding channels;apply to the education department for campus football funds and seek social forces funding sponsorship,increase training,competition funds,purchase football equipment,repair the goal.(4)Improve the supervision mechanism of Wenshan primary school campus football development;the development of campus football is included in the supervision regulations by the Education and Sports Bureau,and the relevant leaders of the Education and Sports Bureau and the Wenshan Football Association regularly monitor the development of campus football.(5)Cultivate teachers ’ teaching ability and implement " church ";through the combination of on-the-job teachers ’ professional ability training,on-the-job teachers ’teaching skills competition,the introduction of excellent football players and instructors into the school as coaches,and constantly improve the quality of teaching.(6)Set up " diligent practice " form diversification,implement " diligent practice ";increase the number and time of practice,promote students ’ preference for football,and use after-school,extracurricular,weekend,holiday time and new football schools to ensure the quantity and quality of practice.(7)to create a player enthusiasts atmosphere,the implementation of ’ regular ’;increase the number of games and student participation,the establishment of class,grade,school team team,county team,municipal team and other echelons,the school regularly organizes football matches,from class to grade to school team to form a school football match system;the Education and Sports Bureau and the local government work together to use weekends and holidays to regularly organize Wenshan youth football selections and exchanges,forming a unique competition system in Wenshan;work together to establish a campus football competition system,from school competitions,inter-school competitions,municipal competitions to provincial competitions. |
