Research On The Development Dilemma And Strategy Of Football In Primary And Secondary Schools In Suqian City

Since 2009,China’s campus football has attracted much attention from all walks of life.In 2015,the State Council raised the development of campus football to a national strategic level,and building a school with campus football characteristics is an important starting point for promoting football.In 2018,the Ministry of Education took the campus football reform pilot project as a national comprehensive reform project of higher education to promote the integration of sports and education in schools.Therefore,under the background of the integration of sports and education,it has become an important issue to be solved urgently in the current development of campus football to deeply study the practical problems existing in the grass-roots construction of campus football and understand the real problems that restrict the high-quality development of campus football.Therefore,studying the development of campus football arises spontaneously,and every year,the Ministry of Education and the Department of Education will issue many documents and notices about campus football.Through the investigation of the development of campus football in primary and secondary schools in Suqian,this study finds out the shortcomings and problems existing in the development of campus football in Suqian,analyzes the problems and discusses the key points,so as to provide reasonable guidance for the future development of campus football in Suqian,make campus football develop in a more reasonable direction,and make campus football a stage for students’ performance.Make it fully realize the value of life,and at the same time attract more children to enjoy football and love football,and take the initiative to participate in campus football,thus contributing to the development of football in China.This paper selects 10 schools carrying out campus football in Suqian City as the research object.The paper mainly uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation and logical analysis to investigate and analyze the situation of campus football in these 10 schools,and draws the following conclusions:（1）in terms of students’ participation and parents’ attitude: some students are under great academic pressure and other factors,Therefore,there is less time to participate in football,and most parents pay attention to cultural courses due to the constraints of traditional ideas,worry about the impact of participating in football on learning,sports injury and other factors,and their support for students’ participation in football is not high.（2）Sports teachers: football special teachers are an important aspect affecting the development of campus football,but at present,there is a large demand gap for football special teachers,and the training of existing teachers is insufficient.（3）Football campus culture publicity and Implementation: Suqian campus football activities are generally in good shape,but we need to pay more attention to students in publicity and guidance,and be rigorous and implemented at all levels in terms of implementation.（4）Resource sources and use channels: Suqian City has insufficient funds for campus football activities,and the source of funds is single,which limits the normal development of campus football activities in Suqian City to a certain extent.Moreover,the number of football venues is insufficient and the quality of the venues is poor,which can not meet the training and teaching needs of students.（5）In terms of curriculum teaching: Suqian primary and secondary schools ensure the opening rate and attendance rate of football courses according to the national physical standards for primary and secondary students.However,the number and quality of football courses are still relatively weak,and the comprehensiveness and innovation of football cultural activities need to be strengthened.（6）The merging and gradual unification of rural schools: rural primary and secondary schools are gradually closer to urban primary schools,and students tend to be more centralized,which is conducive to the development and publicity of campus football.However,there are differences in the students’ understanding and mastery of football between rural schools and urban schools,which has a negative impact on the students’ interest in participating in football in rural schools,This is also one of the important obstacles encountered in the development of campus football in Suqian primary and secondary schools.
