The 20 th Party Congress report emphasized that "vocational education is closely linked to economic and social development,and is of great significance in promoting employment and entrepreneurship,helping economic and social development,and enhancing people’s well-being".As the type of education that is most closely connected to industry and serves the economy most directly,vocational education plays an important role in helping revitalize rural talents and promoting high-quality economic and social development.From 2004 to 2023,the No.1 Document of the Central Government has focused on the theme of "three rural areas" for 20 consecutive years,highlighting the importance of the "three rural areas" issue.In the section of "strengthening the construction of rural talents",it is clearly proposed that vocational education for rural revitalization should be vigorously developed,and the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation should be deepened.The document for the first time proposes "vocational education for the revitalization of rural talents",which points out a new path for the future development of vocational education.Rural vocational education is an important foundation for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.From the actual situation of rural areas and agriculture,we should run agricultural-related majors,cultivate high-quality talents for agricultural development,implement high-quality farmer cultivation programs,carry out rural entrepreneurial leader cultivation actions,improve training effectiveness,cultivate new professional farmers with high education level,master science and technology,know management and operation,as well as stable and capable practical rural It is promising to use rural vocational education to serve the revitalization of rural talents.This paper explains the concepts of rural vocational education and rural talent revitalization and related agricultural economic theories;takes rural vocational education in Yichuan County as an example,adopts field survey,questionnaire survey,literature research and other methods,and uses SPSS analysis to find that the current problems of rural vocational education in Yichuan County to promote rural talent revitalization mainly include: the scale of student source cannot meet the demand of labor force in the province;the overall teacher team is not high;the setting of majors is not in line with the regional demand.The level is not high;the setting of majors is not in line with the actual regional economic development;farmers lack deep knowledge of rural vocational education;and the proportion of relevant financial investment is too low.Based on the results of the above analysis,we propose the following countermeasures: attract more students around the revitalization of rural talents;strengthen the construction of teachers to improve teaching quality;optimize school-enterprise cooperation in Yichuan County around social needs;increase the publicity in Yichuan County to change the concept;give full play to the functions of Yichuan County government and improve the policy guarantee.Based on in-depth research and systematic analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and implementable suggestions to promote the social status and corresponding treatment of talents in the "three rural areas" and to provide reference for other regions to develop rural vocational education to promote rural talents.It also provides reference and reference for other regions to develop rural vocational education to promote the revitalization of rural talents.
