| Adolescence is a stage of personality change and development with strong plasticity,and its values,world outlook and outlook on life are shaped in this period.Self-efficacy,as a judgment and speculation on whether they can complete a certain thing or a certain behavior,is one of the more critical abilities for the healthy growth of adolescents.When the level of self-efficacy is low,they will show no confidence,no independent opinion,often dejected,full of tension,anxiety and fear.A high sense of self-efficacy will make teenagers always maintain a relatively full mood and full of confidence when doing anything,and will not have too much tension,fear and anxiety feelings.It also has an important impact on teenagers’ academic achievement.This paper adopts the research methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,combined with the relevant literature at home and abroad,takes the self-efficacy scale as the measuring tool,takes 1212 teenagers in Shanghai participating in camp education activities as the subjects,and firstly analyzes the current situation of Shanghai teenagers participating in camp education activities.Secondly,the differences of teenagers in gender,whether they are the only child or not,the origin of the family,the management style of the family and the level of learning are analyzed.Finally,the correlation analysis and linear analysis are carried out on the participation forms of teenagers,the duration of the activities in the first phase of the camp,the intensity of the activity arrangement,the level of coaches,the degree of devotion,and the average annual frequency of participating in the activities.In order to explore its influence on the level of adolescent self-efficacy.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The overall situation of teenagers’ participation in camp education activities in Shanghai is good,and campers’ satisfaction in camp activities is high;There is no significant difference in the ratio of male to female participation;Most of the young people from affluent families participate in the camp education activities,and very few families from poor families will sign up for the camp education activities.(2)There was no significant difference in the self-efficacy of the teenagers who participated in camp education activities in terms of gender,but there were significant differences in whether they were the only child,family source,family management style and learning level.(3)The compactness of camp activities,the number of days participating in camp activities and the form of participating in camp activities are not significantly correlated with teenagers’ self-efficacy,but the level of instructors in camp education,the degree of teenagers’ self-involvement in camp educational activities,and the frequency of participating in camp activities each year are significantly correlated with teenagers’ self-efficacy.(4)The research shows that the higher their involvement in activities,the greater the impact of their self-efficacy level,the more annual average number of participation,the greater the impact of their self-efficacy level. |
