| In April 2021,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on Further Strengthening the Physical Health Management of Primary and Secondary School Students,emphasizing that students can enjoy one hour of physical activity in and out of school each day.This policy is in the original guarantee of students "exercise one hour a day" on the basis of the new requirements,is a specific requirement for students to participate in off-campus physical exercise.Primary school students,as the weak group in the process of extracurricular sports participation,are highly valued by the state and society.The current situation of "one-hour physical exercise outside school" of primary school students in Dazhou City is investigated,and the specific situation of primary school students’ participation in extracurricular physical exercise is understood.The influencing factors and difficulties of "one-hour physical exercise outside school" of primary school students are analyzed from the aspects of individual,interpersonal,community and organization.And put forward the optimization strategy.Based on this,this study mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and interview to study the dilemma of "one-hour physical exercise outside school" of primary school students in Dazhou City,Sichuan Province,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Primary school students in Dazhou City have a good sense of physical education,and can realize the impact of physical exercise on physical health.Most primary school students will participate in out-of-school physical exercise,but not many students "often participate",and mainly concentrate on weekends or holidays.The time and length of physical exercise failed to meet the requirements of "one hour of physical exercise outside school".There are obvious gender differences in the selection of sports outside school.Parks and gymnasiums are the main places for physical exercise.(2)In the process of implementing "one-hour physical exercise outside school" for urban primary school students in Dazhou City,it is influenced by individual,interpersonal,community and organization.Among them,the individual level: their own sports cognition,the amount of individual spare time;Interpersonal layer: verbal and behavioral support from parents and friends;Community level: the quantity and quality of community sports facilities and the holding of sports activities;Organization level: Project Settings and fees of off-campus sports training institutions will affect the implementation of "one-hour off-campus physical exercise" for primary school students.(3)Elementary school students in Dazhou City face difficulties at different levels during the implementation of "one-hour physical exercise outside school".At the individual level,they have less time and lack of accumulation of motor skills.Interpersonal level: parents have weak sports awareness and weak social support;Community level: the design of sports facilities is adult-oriented,and the development of community sports activities is insufficient;Organization layer: The connection between the campus and the outside is not close,and the projects of the off-campus sports training institutions are homogenized.(4)To promote "one hour of physical exercise outside school" of primary school students needs to take comprehensive intervention measures from all levels.Individual level: stimulate students’ interest in sports based on the liberation of individual time;Interpersonal level: Build close relationship circle of physical exercise with support from parents;Community level: to create suitable sports venues and facilities as the cornerstone,to carry out diversified sports activities;Organizational level: To give play to the synergistic effect of multiple subjects by means of internal and external interaction. |
