Research On The Implementation Of "Exercise One Hour A Day" In Primary Schools Of Xi'an

The word "exercise an hour a day" was first proposed in 1950,when the purpose The word "exercise an hour a day" was first proposed in 1950,when the purpose was to limit students' excessive exercise.Later,the national physical health test data showed that the physical fitness of Chinese teenagers showed an obvious downward trend.In order to solve this problem,the state issued a number of documents,policies and regulations to ensure students' exercise time and effectively improve students' physical health.Primary schools in Xi'an also actively respond to this policy,combining with the actual situation of the school to carry out this activity,but the implementation effect is different.This paper takes 12 primary schools in Xi'an to carry out "exercise one hour a day" activity effect as an example to study,and puts forward one's own opinion for the good and sustainable development of "exercise one hour a day" activity.Using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field survey,measurement,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper takes the implementation effect of "exercise one hour a day" activity in 12 primary schools in Xi'an as the research object,and makes a questionnaire survey on 24 leaders,36 teachers and 480 students in 12 primary schools in Xi'an,And to each school sports group leader and is in charge of the school sports leader to carry on the interview.This paper analyzes the implementation effect and influencing factors of "exercise one hour a day" in primary schools of Xi'an city from the aspects of physical education,big break sports activities and extracurricular sports activities,and on this basis,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The results are as follows1.The supervision of school leaders and the attention of physical education teachers are not enough: primary schools in Xi'an can carry out one hour exercise every day according to the regulations and requirements of the Education Bureau and relevant departments,but the publicity of this activity on campus is not enough,there is no good sports atmosphere,and the school does not understand the activity of "one hour exercise every day",The activity of "exercise one hour a day" is not included in the school's teaching work plan,and there is no special leading group responsible for the implementation of this activity.As the first executor of "exercise one hour a day",physical education teachers lack enthusiasm and executive ability,and their attitude is not enough attention.2.Venues and equipment restrict the development of activities: most of the venues are small and compact,and there is no perfect management system for the use of equipment.12 primary schools have separate sports equipment rooms,but they are not equipped with all sports equipment.The current venues and equipment can not meet the needs of students.3.The implementation effect of PE,calisthenics and extracurricular sports activities is mixed: PE,calisthenics and extracurricular sports activities are the carriers of "exercise for one hour every day".Recess exercises can be actively carried out in every school according to the actual situation of the school,but the selection of the content and the time of the exercise affect the students' interest in participation and the implementation effect.Extracurricular sports activities,most schools can attach importance to and carry out,the enthusiasm of students to participate in high,but different forms of organization,making different effects.As the main position of "exercise one hour a day",there are few schools with full PE classes,and most students occupy less classes.PE classes are affected by teachers' professional level and organizational form,and the implementation effect is different.In view of the problems of "one hour a day" activity in primary schools in Xi'an,combined with the analysis of the influencing factors of "one hour a day" activity in primary schools in Xi'an,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: enrich the content and form of "one hour a day" activity;Strengthen the construction of sports environment;Strengthen publicity and create an atmosphere of physical exercise on campus.
