| With the acceleration of the process of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country,the country vigorously deepens the reform of the vocational education system,and puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of vocational education talents.At the same time,with the development and progress of society and the increasing pressure of employment competition,more and more positions have put forward higher requirements for employers.To help students adapt to the requirements of freight forwarding and other related job positions,cultivate their professional abilities and qualities,optimize the classroom teaching mode of secondary vocational schools,and improve the teaching content,explore the possibility of more action oriented teaching methods.This article is based on modular design and utilizes an action oriented teaching model to conduct teaching experiments on the course "International Freight Forwarding Practice" in vocational schools,helping students improve their learning abilities and adapt to the needs of society and job development.Firstly,this article conducts a survey and analysis of the current learning status of the "International Freight Forwarding Practice" course in vocational schools through student questionnaires and teacher interviews,in order to understand the problems in the current learning of the "International Freight Forwarding Practice" course in vocational schools.Secondly,data collection and analysis were conducted on the job responsibilities and requirements of freight forwarders on recruitment websites,and it was found that most positions have requirements for applicants’ hard knowledge and soft skills.Finally,modular teaching content is organized based on job responsibilities,textbook content,etc.,and an action oriented teaching model is adopted for overall teaching design.The experimental class adopts an action oriented teaching mode based on modular design,while the control class adopts a traditional teaching mode.A four week teaching experiment is conducted according to the teaching design.Before the experiment,a pretest was conducted to control the relevant variables.After the experiment,the results of the experimental class and the control class were compared,student satisfaction surveys were conducted,and teacher interviews were recorded to compare and analyze the teaching effectiveness.The results show that compared to the control class,the average score of students in the experimental class is higher.In addition,students’ mastery of knowledge and skills,autonomous learning ability,cooperative communication ability,thinking and exploration ability,as well as social soft skills,have all been improved.Although the relevant content still needs to be improved,overall students are relatively satisfied with classroom teaching and teaching models.This article focuses on job requirements and transforms work tasks into learning tasks,cultivating students’ professional abilities and literacy.This provides a certain reference for improving the teaching mode and methods of vocational school courses,as well as for classroom teaching of other related professional courses. |
