| At present,our economy is developing with high quality and rapid speed,and a novel way to drive the development,comprehensive deepening reform and the promotion of supplyside structural reform,which is bound to require the training of a large number of high-quality and high skilled personnel.Only by cultivating a large number of high-quality and highly skilled talents can vocational and technical education make better contributions to the country and promote the development of national manufacturing and industry more effectively.The World Skills Competition,known as the "Skills Olympics",reflects the level of development of professional skills and vocational education in different countries.It is of great significance to optimize the professional courses of vocational education through the standards of World Skills Competition and promote the development and formation of high quality professional courses of secondary vocational colleges.Under the background of the World Skills Competition,this study integrates the concept of the World Skills Competition and develops the student-centered and task-oriented course of3 D Data Processing and Printing in secondary vocational schools based on the teaching model of engineering integration.Taking "3D Data Processing and Printing of Creative earphones" as the typical teaching case of this research,the practical research was carried out among the students in the second semester of the second grade of additive Manufacturing technology major(Intermediate third year)in a secondary vocational school in Guangzhou.Through empirical comparative study between traditional courses and integrated courses based on the standards of World Skills Competition,relevant data were obtained by evaluating pre-class learning,learning process,learning results and teaching effects,and the results of this study were carefully analyzed.Among the findings:1.In terms of students’ mastery of knowledge,students of World class have a deeper and more solid understanding and mastery of knowledge than students of ordinary class.Besides,students’ interest in learning is higher than that of ordinary class,and the learning atmosphere is more positive.The integration of the results of the World Skills Competition can help students to have a deep understanding and mastery of knowledge,and promote their systematic understanding of knowledge content.2.In terms of students’ skills,the students of the World Class can master more accurately and more standard than the students of the ordinary class,and can speak and complete each skill task correctly.The integration of 3D printing technology related competition content in the World Skills Competition can enable students to effectively master practical operation skills and enhance their application ability of theoretical knowledge.3.In terms of the cultivation of students’ quality,compared with ordinary class students,students of Sai-Sai Class pay more attention to details,have more rigorous and standardized,careful and meticulous learning and work attitude,have more strict quality awareness,safety awareness,teamwork awareness,health and environmental awareness,can be strict with themselves,the pursuit of perfection,the pursuit of excellence,high standards to complete the task.The integration of the results of the World Skills Competition can effectively improve students’ engineering literacy.4.In terms of the improvement of students’ ability,through the study of this course,students of World class have stronger expressive ability than students of ordinary class in independent thinking,problem finding,problem analysis and problem solving,induction and summary,language expression and communication ability.The integration of the standards of the World Skills Competition can more effectively cultivate and improve students’ ability.5.The training mode of engineering integration enables students to "learn by doing and do while learning" with more concentrated attention.Compared with traditional courses,it can more effectively meet the needs of students to master knowledge and skills,and effectively promote the integration and application of the results of the World Skills Competition in course development.This study has important practical significance for solving some practical problems existing in secondary vocational education,such as students’ not careful and meticulous attitude towards learning,not rigorous and meticulous in doing things,not strong in language expression and communication ability,weak in analyzing and solving problems and independent thinking ability,and not strong in subjective initiative.In the process of vocational and technical education,curriculum reform and enhancing the comprehensive vocational ability of highly skilled talents,the development and utilization of the World competition results can greatly promote the high quality development of secondary vocational and technical education. |
