Research On The Operation And Management Mode Of Sports Stadiums And Gymnasiums

Through the consult literature material,venue management in colleges and universities both home and abroad were collected relevant information,data induction,comparison,summed up the current university especially the problems existing in the sports colleges and universities of venue management mode and the insufficiency,and then through the assumption,analysis,demonstration,promotion to the modern facility operation management mode of sports colleges facility operation management,finally,its feasibility is analyzed,including the pros and cons of facility operation and improvement measures,to solve the problem of practical problems of sports colleges and universities of venue to provide effective theoretical support.This paper USES literature method,fieldwork method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,the collection of the other regions,college sports venues running experience and practice of management mode,and field survey was carried out on the part of the sports venues,the investigation is mainly focused on the distribution of Nan Jing sports college sports venues and the status quo,venue management status,to Nan Jing sports college sports venues and other universities,this paper compares and analyzes different venue management mode analysis of the Nan Jing institute of physical education characteristics and advantages and disadvantages,and the present running situation and management according to the Nan Jing institute of physical education,summarizes the Nan Jing institute of sports venues venues budget cost,expenses in recent years,The conclusion of applicability of operation management is drawn,and Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.The following conclusions can be drawn from the research:1.Currently,the operation of stadiums and gymnasiums of Nan Jing Institute of Physical Education and Sports is mainly operated by asset management companies,which are applied to the operation and management of stadiums and gymnasiums of the university.However,there are still some problems in the operation and management,including single operation mode,backward management concept,low utilization efficiency of stadiums and gymnasiums,and high operation cost.2.Nan Jing institute of sport venues in school property management service level is not high,under the condition of personnel education level is low,the assets management company,established in 2012,has solved the Nan Jing institute of sports venues many thorny issues,makes the budget costs down and revenues increase year by year,gradually improve operational management level,and many management measures are put forward,including strengthening the incentive mechanism,competition environment,reuse,management talent,improve the level of running,Nan Jing institute of sports venues reform has achieved great success in the very great degree.
