| In the context of domestic physical education reform,physical educators and experts and scholars in the field of physical education have been researching new teaching practices to explore new methods of physical education reform.In the process of teaching method reform combining video feedback teaching and specific sports programs,it was found that video feedback teaching is an efficient form of teaching.However,this method is rarely applied to children’s sports programs,and there is also a lack of research on the effect of video feedback teaching methods in children’s sports programs.This thesis intends to explore the effects of video feedback teaching methods on basic handball skill level,interest in learning handball and attitude in teaching children’s handball.The advantages and limitations of video feedback teaching methods compared with traditional teaching are discussed.The study used a questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method and other research methods to conduct a controlled experiment with two handball interest classes in elementary school in Huli District,Xiamen after-school extended hours.The experimental class adopted the video feedback teaching method and the control class adopted the traditional teaching method.After 12 weeks and 24 hours of teaching experiments,the data changes of the two classes were compared before and after the experiments in three aspects: basic handball skill level,interest in handball learning,and attitude towards handball learning.The application effect of video feedback teaching methods in children’s handball teaching was analyzed and conclusions were drawn.1.Both video feedback teaching method and traditional teaching method have significant improvement effects on students’ physical fitness in terms of speed,agility,and strength(P<0.05).However,the improvement in endurance and flexibility is not significant(P>0.05).Moreover,compared with traditional teaching methods,video feedback teaching methods do not show significant advantages in improving various aspects of physical fitness(P>0.05).2.Both video feedback teaching method and traditional teaching method have significant effects on the improvement of children’s basic handball technical level(P<0.05),among which the improvement of video feedback teaching method is significantly greater than that of traditional teaching method in two aspects of goalkeeper technique and practical ability(P<0.05),and it is better than traditional teaching method in running/passing/shooting but not significantly(P>0.05).3.The video feedback teaching method has a significant advantage(p<0.05)in improving both interest and attitude in handball learning compared with the traditional teaching method.4.The video feedback teaching method has improved the shortcomings of traditional teachers’ direct imparting-style feedback to students,expanded and extended the space and time for feedback use.It not only improves students’ core competencies in sports ability,healthy behavior,and sports ethics but also fully utilizes cognitive discovery theory to enhance students’ self-awareness,active learning,and cognitive level of physical education technology teaching training. |
