Track and field is a compulsory course for the students of physical education in Colleges and universities in China.The hurdles project is one of the most important events in the track and field.An important part of track and field course of physical education in China is the course of Hurdle Teaching in various colleges and universities,professional sports in Colleges and universities as an important project,and in recent years in the interview,physical education teachers for professional sports track and field professional graduate students occupy a large proportion of the interview score.It can be seen that the hurdles project's own attribute,hurdle race belongs to the speed competition item,its achievement depends on three points,one is the flat running speed,the two is the reasonable hurdle step technology,and the three is the running span combination ability.The hurdle project is a more complicated competition project which combines technical ability and physical quality and ability,and there is no small difficulty in teaching and learning.At the same time,most of the students majoring in physical education are engaged in physical education.We need to guide students' thinking in the teaching process,so that students can think about how to learn and learn and how to teach.In the classroom,using the improved multiple feedback teaching method is expected to straighten out and solve the difficult problems in the teaching process step by step.It is one of the alternative ways that students really get the main body status and teachers play a leading role in teaching.This paper introduces the teaching experiment into the hurdle class of University Physical Education Major by improving the multiple feedback teaching method,hoping to improve the imperfections in traditional teaching methods.Through multi style feedback and video multimedia feedback mechanism,students can deepen their understanding of the internal principles of technical movements.The coordination of the relationship between teaching and learning in the professional classroom can achieve and cultivate the students' learning ability and improve the purpose of improving the teaching effect.Multimedia teaching has been applied in the domestic teaching for many years,but seldom used in skill teaching of physical education.The integration of multimedia facilities in the hurdle class is of positive significance.Students feel more intuitionistic,students learn to adjust each other,correct wrong technical movements,strengthen correct technical movements,and stimulate students' interest in sports learning.In this series of feedback,we inadvertently cultivate students' ability of observation and thinking,correctly control the acceptance and output of information,and achieve the optimization of classroom teaching.The conclusion is that,in the Hurdle Race Teaching of track and field,physical education majors use the improved multiple feedback teaching method and traditional teaching methods to teach students.Through the experimental summary and analysis,the effect of improved multi feedback teaching method is better thantraditional teaching methods in classroom atmosphere,classroom organization,student learning effect and communication between teachers and students.The improved multiple feedback teaching method can improve students' hurdle skill level;the improved multiple feedback teaching method can improve the teaching effect of hurdle teaching,and the improvement of multiple feedback teaching method can improve the special physical quality of students' learning projects.The following recommendations are made on the basis of the conclusions:1.The improved multiple feedback teaching method has certain advantages in teaching experiment,but a lot of preparatory preparation and rich teaching design need to be done before we can achieve considerable results in teaching.2.In the teaching classroom of improving multiple feedback,we need to carefully divide the classroom segments,and the links between feedback and practice should be closely linked.The allocation of teaching content should be combined with classroom teaching objectives.3.The application of multiple feedback teaching method should combine school's teaching plan and time arrangement,guarantee certain class hour and teaching hours,and also ensure that teaching tasks can be completed within a limited time.The teaching content and the teaching progress should be carried out in combination with the students' own technical level.First,the actual level of the students will have a certain understanding of the specific teaching.
