Research On The Construction And Development Of State Key Laboratory From The Perspective Of Local Universities

In recent years,with the development of China’s higher education,the scientific research strength of local universities has gradually improved,and their position in the national innovation system has become increasingly important.As an important carrier of national scientific and technological innovation,the State Key Laboratory has played an important role in promoting regional scientific and technological innovation and promoting industrial development.However,due to historical,economic,geographical and other factors,most state key laboratories are concentrated in first-tier cities and key universities.However,the construction of national key laboratories in local universities is relatively lagging behind,the number of construction and related research is relatively small,and the construction level is relatively low.This not only affects the scientific and technological innovation and personnel training of local universities,but also restricts the development of scientific and technological innovation in China.The overall level and national science and technology innovation strategy.Therefore,in the current new journey of "double first-class" construction,how to promote the construction level of local universities in national key laboratories and improve the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of local universities has become a problem worth studying.In this context,this study adopts the research methods of literature research and case analysis,and takes the construction of state key laboratories in local universities as the research object,and discusses the construction dynamics of state key laboratories in local universities.And the existing problems,combined with the construction practice of the State Key Laboratory of Quantum Optics and Optical Quantum Devices in Shanxi University,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for local universities to participate in the construction of the State Key Laboratory.Through literature research and empirical analysis,this study finds that,from the perspective of local universities,the construction of national key laboratories is a complex systematic project that requires continuous exploration,innovation and optimization;in the construction of first-class university laboratories,an effective leadership mechanism,Scientific strategic layout and self-cultivated talent structure are essential elements.To sum up,this study not only has theoretical and practical significance in promoting the scientificity,effectiveness and sustainability of local colleges and universities participating in the construction of state key laboratories,but also plays a role in promoting local colleges and universities to participate in the construction and improvement of state key laboratories.National scientific and technological innovation capabilities also have certain reference value.
