A Study On The Construction Of Ideology Security For Postgraduates In Shanxi Universities

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to ideological work and made many directional guidance and strategic arrangements,thus reversing the passive situation of ideological work in the past and ensuring overall security in the ideological field.However,we should still realize that the struggle in the field of ideology in the new era is still fierce and complex,and the ideological security of colleges and universities is an important branch of ideological security,related to the security and stability of the national ideological field,the direction of socialist education and the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and people.So,the problems existing in the field of ideology in colleges and universities cannot be ignored.The year 2023 is the first year to fully implement the Party’s twenty Great Spirits.According to the decision and arrangement of the CPC Central Committee,Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and provincial government put forward the "Implementation of Soul Casting Education and Upgrading Project",comprehensively promote the ideological and political education in universities,primary and secondary schools,build a new pattern of ideological and political education work,and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of students.As a reserve base for national talents,colleges and universities have different groups of higher education students,such as postgraduate students,undergraduate students and doctoral students,with obvious group particularity.The group has complex composition,realistic value orientation,focused research vision,uneven psychological development level and great psychological pressure.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the political belief and educational guidance of the graduate students in Shanxi colleges and universities,and do a good job in the ideological work of the graduate students in Shanxi colleges and universities,to cultivate high-level top-notch talents with both virtue and talent,firm political belief and correct three views.At the same time,it is in line with the practical demands of Shanxi government to carry out ideological and political work.On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the status quo of relevant researches at home and abroad,this paper adopts investigation method,literature research method,interdisciplinary method,and the knowledge of multiple disciplines.It follows the idea of defining connotation,analyzing current situation,searching problems,exploring causes and proposing countermeasures.Clarify the connotation and development process of Shanxi university graduate students,ideology,ideological security,ideological security;The postgraduates of five universities in Shanxi were selected as the empirical research group to analyze the status quo of ideological security in universities in Shanxi.Find out the problems of ideological security of postgraduate students;Finally,according to the current situation and the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the ideological security construction of graduate students in Shanxi universities.
