Sympathy is the ability to simulate the inner world of others in one’s own mental world.In the humanistic society,sympathy is not only a basic moral emotion and the basic principle of getting along with people,but also an important educational force.Sympathy in education is a sympathetic understanding,which aims to enter the inner world of students and experience students’ feelings,so as to realize the educational and humanistic nature of education and return to the humanism and humanism of education.In modern society,as instrumental rationality transcends value rationality to become the dominant value,compassion in education is on the shelf.Therefore,in order to better practice the purpose of education,return to the essence of education,and re-examine education,it is necessary to explore the sympathy in education and pursue the meaning of education.This research is based on "Compassion in Education",and the main contents include:The first part,which defines the concept of sympathy,clarifies the basic concepts of sympathy and empathy similar to sympathy,and points out the essential characteristics of sympathy,and clarifies the germination mechanism of sympathy;In addition,a certain theoretical construction of sympathy in education is carried out,clarifying "what is sympathy in education",exploring the occurrence of sympathy in education,and arguing the existence of sympathy in education.The second part,which analyzes the value of compassion from the three parts of generating educational benevolence,meeting educational needs and improving educational effects,analyzes the function of compassion to meet the specific needs of education,and shows that compassion is an indispensable existence in education.In the third part,this part conducts a reality investigation of sympathy in real education,clarifies the bias of sympathy in real education,and analyzes the essence and manifestation of sympathy bias,on this basis,finds the reasons behind the bias.The fourth part,based on the germinal mechanism of compassion,and combined with the characteristics of education,points out the three parts of compassion realization.Through educational observation,pedagogical imagination and experience,and appropriate expression and output of sympathy,sympathy in education will become a reality.
